ESPN’s report on the CBA and bonuses also quoted UFL president and CEO Russ Brandon saying the league had reached a collective bargaining agreement with the UFPA and looked forward to working with players to grow professional spring football. That statement concerns the agreement; it does not establish any additional salary figures.
What health benefits are reported?
CBA coverage describes year-round health-care eligibility, with seven months of insurance followed by access to subsidized COBRA for five months. Field Level Media’s CBA coverage reports that arrangement. The full agreement and individual plan terms are not available here, so the report should not be read as a guarantee of identical eligibility, coverage, or out-of-pocket costs for every player.

Do the figures show the UFL salary cap or a player’s exact pay?
No. The reported numbers establish minimums, bonuses, and a summary of benefits; they do not establish a league-wide salary cap, average salary, maximum salary, or reliable player-by-player pay. A minimum also does not show how much a particular player actually receives, including whether that player qualifies for a bonus or other contract terms.
