Some wrestling cards have drawn strong prices, but “worth money” depends on the exact issue, its condition, and the sale being compared. A standout example is the 1982 Wrestling All-Stars Series A #2 Hulk Hogan: PSA records an $8,540 sale for a PSA 8 copy at Heritage Auctions on September 19, 2026. The 1985 Wrestling All Stars set also includes several notable cards, led in Midpoint’s guide by Andre the Giant #46. These are research candidates, not a definitive ranking of the most valuable wrestling cards.
How to read this list
The first card below has a documented auction result. The remaining 15 are notable issues from the 1985 Wrestling All Stars checklist, with guide examples for the five leading names and checklist-level candidates for the rest. A guide estimate is not a completed sale, and a card’s value cannot be inferred from the wrestler’s fame alone.
Midpoint’s estimates below were accessed October 4, 2026. Its PSA 10 and raw figures are separate guide values, not guaranteed proceeds or prices established by one specific transaction. “Raw” means not professionally graded. PSA population counts and census data are also changeable, not fixed measures of scarcity.
16 wrestling cards collectors should check
1. 1982 Wrestling All-Stars Series A #2 Hulk Hogan
Identify the exact issue as the Series A #2 card; “Hulk Hogan #2” by itself is not enough to distinguish it. PSA records a PSA 8 copy sold through Heritage Auctions for $8,540 on September 19, 2026. PSA’s CardFacts snapshot accessed October 4, 2026 listed 19 PSA 9 examples and 79 PSA 8 examples. Its grade table separately showed a $4,050 most-recent-price field for PSA 9 and an $8,401 field for PSA 8; these fields are distinct from the cited Heritage sale and should not be treated as interchangeable. The census can change as cards are graded or discovered.

Quick Recap
How to estimate a card you own
- Identify the exact issue. Record the year, set, series if applicable, card number, subject, and any variation. Similar names or numbers can refer to different cards.
- Assess condition before comparing prices. Look for corner wear, creases, surface damage, centering, and other condition issues. Keep raw-card comparisons separate from professionally graded examples.
- Find completed sales for the same card and similar grade. Prefer multiple recent transactions over asking prices. Record the venue and date; sales from different periods or venues can vary materially.
- Use population data as context, not a price formula. PSA cautions that its Condition Census is a work in progress and can contain errors or omissions; counts change as cards are graded or discovered. A population figure does not by itself prove scarcity or predict a future price.
