Bell Mobility currently offers Crave Standard With Ads with eligible Max and Ultra smartphone plans. You must link your Bell phone number to a Crave account, and eligibility depends on keeping an eligible Bell plan. It is not a benefit for every Bell wireless customer.
Which Bell plans qualify for the Crave offer?
Bell identifies Max and Ultra plans for smartphones as eligible for its Crave Mobile Offer. The offer page does not say that you need to buy a new phone. Tablets, smartwatches and other plan or device types are excluded.
The included service is Crave Standard With Ads, not Crave Premium, and it does not include the STARZ add-on. Bell’s promotional page may change, so check the terms attached to your specific offer before switching plans.
How to activate and link Crave
- Activate or upgrade to an eligible Max or Ultra smartphone plan.
- Look for an email or text from Bell with instructions to link your Bell Mobility number to a new or existing Crave account.
- Follow the instructions to complete the account link. Once linked, watch through the Crave app or website.
Bell says customers with an active Crave subscription cannot use this particular promotion. Its page says you can link your Bell number to an existing Crave account to retain viewing preferences, but that does not make an already active subscription eligible.

What is included—and what is not
Bell’s Crave plans page lists Standard With Ads with up to 1080p resolution and two simultaneous streams. Bell’s offer terms also specify that downloads are unavailable, some titles are unavailable because of licensing restrictions, and STARZ is excluded.
Bell lists AirPlay, Roku, PS4, PS5, and select Fibe TV HD and 4K receivers as unsupported for this ad-supported tier. Check compatibility if you plan to watch on one of those devices; the Crave app or website is the stated viewing route.

How long does the promotion last?
Bell says the Standard With Ads access automatically stops when the promotional period ends, and that changing the wireless plan can end the offer. The Crave Mobile Offer page does not state the length of the promotional period, so confirm the end date in MyBell or your order details before relying on it.
Bell’s general Crave plans page describes a Bell Mobility Crave subscription billed monthly with an equal promotional credit for 24 months. That general billing description does not establish that every Max or Ultra customer’s specific offer lasts 24 months. Check your own offer details for duration and what, if anything, you will pay afterward.
