The OSSC LTR Teachers-2024 preliminary exam admit card was reported released on March 18, 2025. The exam was scheduled for March 23, 2025. Those dates are historical: the direct link cited in the report now redirects to the Odisha Staff Selection Commission’s general portal, and its current page does not confirm that an LTR-specific admit card is still available.
What the 2025 admit-card report said
Scroll Staff reported the release for the Leave Training Reserve (LTR) Teachers-2024 recruitment, under Advertisement No. 4231/OSSC dated October 22, 2024. Its March 18, 2025 report said candidates could use the LTR Teacher 2024 admit-card link on the OSSC website, sign in, download the hall ticket and print it. The report did not identify which login details the historical link accepted.
The cited link now redirects to the commission’s general portal. The portal currently has a general admit-card area, but its visible notices concern other examinations. That does not establish that an LTR Teachers-2024 card can still be downloaded. Use the official portal for current commission services, but do not treat the old report’s link as a live LTR download link.
How the historical download process was described
- Visit ossc.gov.in and select the LTR Teacher 2024 admit-card link, as described in the March 18, 2025 report.
- Enter the login details requested by that page. The report did not specify the accepted identifier or credentials.
- Download the hall ticket and, as the report recommended, take a printout for future reference. It did not establish that a printed copy was an official requirement.
The current generic admit-card area asks users to select a post and provide a date of birth plus one of a registered mobile number, username or registration number. Those are the fields shown on the current general page, not verified requirements for the former LTR-specific link.

Scroll Staff reported the preliminary exam was scheduled for March 23, 2025, in OMR mode. The same report described a two-hour paper with 100 questions for 100 marks and a deduction of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
The report also gave a target of 7,540 vacancies, including 2,487 for female candidates. These figures, like the exam details above, are attributed to Scroll Staff’s 2025 report; the corresponding historical official notice was not available to independently verify them.
