The safest way to track a Meesho purchase is in the Meesho app: open your account area, tap My Orders, select the purchase, and read its latest status and estimated delivery date. If Meesho has handed the parcel to a logistics partner, the order page may also show a courier link or shipment number.
Track a Meesho order in the app
- Open the official Meesho app and sign in with the account or mobile number used at checkout.
- Open Account, your profile, or the account/order area.
- Tap My Orders. Menu names can vary slightly by app version and device.
- Select the relevant order, checking the product, quantity, payment method, and delivery address.
- Read the order timeline and current estimated delivery date.
- If a shipment, courier, or tracking option appears, open it for additional movement details.
The individual order page is more reliable than an old SMS, push notification, or checkout screenshot because it connects the status to the correct purchase and reflects later delivery events.

Can you track a Meesho order without a tracking number?
Yes. Start from My Orders; you normally do not need to enter a number manually. A Meesho order ID identifies the purchase inside Meesho, while a courier tracking ID or AWB number identifies a parcel with a logistics provider. They are not necessarily the same.
A courier number or link may appear only after dispatch. Not every order exposes a publicly usable courier number, and one Meesho order can potentially have more than one shipment-level update when items are sent separately. Do not enter your Meesho login, OTP, payment information, or phone number into an unofficial tracking site.

What the Meesho order statuses mean
Meesho does not expose a complete, stable public glossary of customer-facing labels. These are practical interpretations, so the wording on your order may differ.

| Processing or Packed | The seller or fulfilment network is preparing the parcel. |
| Shipped or In transit | The parcel has entered the delivery network. |

| Delivered | The system records the parcel as delivered. |
| Delayed | Movement or the estimated delivery date has changed. |
| Cancelled | The order will not be delivered; check the order and payment details for any refund information. |
| Returned to origin or RTO | The parcel was not successfully delivered and is being sent back. |
How to check the expected delivery date
Open the selected order and use the date shown on its current details page. Treat it as an estimate, not a guarantee: dispatch, transport, address issues, and delivery attempts can change it. App-store reviews include individual reports of changing estimates and delayed updates, but those reports are anecdotal and do not establish a platform-wide failure rate. Can you track Meesho orders from a computer?
The Meesho website may allow account access and order viewing for some users. Sign in and look for your account or orders area if it is available. The app remains the preferred route because Meesho’s publicly indexed Help pages, including its order-tracking help link, have been authentication-gated or unavailable in indexed results. Do not assume there is a universal public tracking form.
If your order is missing from My Orders
- Sign out and sign back in with the same phone number or account used to place the order.
- Check whether payment actually succeeded. Search your SMS, email, bank, or UPI records for an order confirmation.
- Refresh the app, install any available update, and reopen the account.
- Check whether the order was cancelled or placed under another account.
- If payment succeeded but no order appears, open the order-related Help Center route in the app.
Keep the payment reference, transaction date, amount, and delivery phone number ready. The official Google Play listing currently shows [email protected] as a support email, but order-specific in-app support is preferable because it can be associated with the relevant transaction.

If Meesho tracking has not updated
A static status does not automatically mean the parcel is lost. It may be waiting for a scan at the next facility, affected by a delayed logistics update, awaiting a delivery attempt, or subject to a recalculated estimate.
- Compare the current status with the latest promised delivery date.
- Refresh the order page and update the app.
- Check for a newer SMS or notification.
- Use Help Center from that specific order if the date has passed or the status has remained unchanged unusually long.
There is no universal number of hours or days that guarantees escalation; the appropriate threshold depends on the order and current policy.

If the order says delivered but you received nothing
- Ask household members, neighbours, building security, or reception whether they accepted it.
- Check the delivery address and phone number saved on the order.
- Review the delivery time and any proof-of-delivery information shown in the app.
- Report the discrepancy immediately through that order’s Help Center.
- Save screenshots of the delivered status, timestamp, and related messages.
Never share an OTP with an unsolicited caller. Use an OTP only when you are actually receiving the parcel and the request matches the app’s instructions.
If a delivery attempt fails
Inspect the order timeline for an attempted-delivery note, address or phone issue, rescheduling option, cancellation, or RTO status. Use any reschedule or support control shown in the app rather than an unofficial courier number. If the order is cancelled after a failed attempt, check the current order and payment details for refund information instead of relying on a fixed refund timetable.

Safety checks before contacting anyone
- Do not trust search-result pages advertising an unverified “official Meesho helpline.”
- Do not pay an extra delivery fee through an unexpected link or message.
- Do not share your Meesho password or OTP outside the official app or a verified Meesho flow.
- Use a third-party courier page only when Meesho itself supplied a legitimate courier link or tracking number; it may otherwise show stale or incomplete data.
