The Apple Card promotion reported on February 21, 2026, offered new cardholders $75 in Daily Cash after at least $75 in qualifying purchases within 30 days of opening an account. The report said the offer was extended through March 31, 2026. That date has passed, and the available sources do not establish whether the bonus is offered now. Check the terms shown in Apple’s live application flow before applying for a bonus.
What the $75 Apple Card offer required
Apple’s promotion terms made the bonus conditional on both how you applied and what you did after account opening. The offer was subject to credit approval and applied to eligible new applicants who used the promotion link or Credit Karma’s marketplace, opened a new Apple Card account, and made at least $75 in qualifying purchases on that account within 30 days of opening. Apple’s promotion page says offers may change at any time and may not be available through other channels.

- You could not already have Apple Card or have another application pending or approved.
- Purchases had to be made by the new account holder. Purchases by Apple Card Family participants did not count.
- The promotion was limited to one acquisition offer per new account.
The February 21 report said the promotion had been extended through March 31, 2026. Because that reported end date has passed and Apple’s page is dynamic, these sources do not confirm that the $75 bonus is available in October 2026. The report and Apple’s current terms are the relevant places to check for an updated offer.
How the bonus would be paid
Under Apple’s terms, the $75 bonus is earned as Daily Cash after at least $75 in qualifying transactions have posted. Posting time varies by merchant, so making a purchase before the 30-day deadline does not by itself guarantee that it will post by then. Returns or refunds during the purchase period may result in an adjustment charge.

Daily Cash can go to an Apple Cash or Savings account. If neither is set up, Apple says it can be applied as a statement credit upon request. Read the live offer terms for the applicable redemption details before relying on a particular payout method.

The promotion is separate from the card’s regular rewards. Apple describes Daily Cash as unlimited, with the rate depending on where and how you pay:

Apple names merchants including Nike and Walgreens among those that may qualify for 3%, but merchant-specific conditions and exclusions apply. Merchant offers can change at any time, so check Apple’s terms for the merchant and transaction you have in mind.
Fees, interest, and the credit check
Apple’s promotion page lists no annual fee, late fee, or foreign transaction fee. It lists a variable APR of 17.49%–27.74%, depending on creditworthiness, with rates as of July 1, 2026. The APR is not a promotion-specific cost estimate: the rate offered to an applicant depends on creditworthiness, and carrying a balance can cost more than the bonus is worth.

Apple says checking whether you are approved does not affect your credit score. Accepting an approved offer results in a hard inquiry, which may affect it. Consider the credit inquiry and your ability to pay purchases in full—not just the sign-up reward—before applying.

Do not spend solely to qualify for a bonus. If Apple currently displays an offer, first confirm the application channel, deadline, eligible purchases, and how returns or posting delays affect qualification. Then weigh the bonus against your normal spending plans and the card’s ongoing rewards, fees, APR, and the value of Daily Cash to you.
