Yes, one published report says Moontaurus (MNTR) passed $400,000 in presale fundraising. The report is a May 18, 2026 article from TechBloat, and the figure has not been confirmed by a project announcement, a public sale dashboard, or a transaction record in the material available for this piece. The headline’s second claim, that the crypto market “turns green,” is not supported by anything we could find. Treat the $400,000 as a reported, dated, unverified number, and read the rest of this article before drawing any conclusion from it.
What the TechBloat report actually says
The TechBloat Team article, titled “Moontaurus MNTR Surpasses $400,000 in Presale” and dated May 18, 2026, describes the $400,000 as an early fundraising benchmark. It is a secondary report. It does not link to a project statement or sale record that would let a reader check the total independently.
The article also includes a caution that presale activity should not be treated as a guarantee of future performance. That is the right reading of any presale milestone. A total raised tells you that buyers committed money at some point. It does not tell you what the token will be worth, whether the project will deliver, or whether your own purchase would be treated the same way.
Two things the headline implies are not established by the report:

Why the “crypto market turns green” claim cannot be checked
“The market is green” is a statement about direction, and direction only means something against a named benchmark over a named period. A single day’s gains in a handful of tokens, or a rise in one chart, does not describe the market. To test the phrase, a reader would need three things:
- A defined index or asset universe, such as total market capitalization across a specific list of coins, or a particular top-100 ranking taken on a stated date.
- A measurement window with a start and end date and time zone.
- A price source for each asset, with the same source used at both ends of the window.
None of these was attached to the claim in the material we reviewed, so we have not repeated it as a fact. If you see the phrase elsewhere, ask which index and which dates it refers to. If the answer is missing, the claim is only a mood.

How to read a presale fundraising total
A presale total is the sum of tokens sold at the presale price, usually across one or more stages. Several details change what that total means, and none of them appears in the TechBloat article:
- Hard cap or target. A $400,000 total means little without knowing the cap. Ten percent of a cap and ninety percent of a cap are very different milestones.
- Stage and price. Later stages are often priced higher. Whether the total reflects one stage or several changes the implied average price.
- Proceeds versus commitments. Some sales report funds committed, some report funds received, and some report both. The report does not say which measure it used.
- Currency and asset. Funds may be counted in a stablecoin, a native chain token, or converted to dollars at a rate the sale page sets. The report does not specify.

A practical sequence before you commit money
- Find the project’s own sale page and note the date you read it. Confirm the domain against links from the project’s verified social accounts, not from advertisements or messages.
- Look up the contract address on the block explorer for the network the project names. Check whether the source code is verified and whether the token supply and holder distribution match the sale page.
- Confirm the audit by reading the auditor’s own report, including its scope and any unresolved findings, rather than a summary on the project’s site.
- Decide the maximum you could lose entirely without changing your finances, and do not exceed it because of a headline total.
The $400,000 figure may be accurate, but as of this writing it rests on one secondary report from May 18, 2026. Readers who want to rely on it should first find a primary sale record that shows the same number and date.
