Where to find adidas discount codes
Start with adidas’ U.S. promotions page rather than assuming a code found elsewhere is current or applicable. The page advertises a 15% email-signup promo code for a next order; check the signup and offer terms for the details that apply to you. A headline offer does not mean every product qualifies.
Read the email or terms attached to the specific code. adidas says promo codes are time-limited and case-sensitive, and may be restricted to selected products or a particular offer or channel. Avoid relying on a third-party code unless its current terms and behavior at checkout have been verified.
How to apply a code at adidas.com
- Choose a product that qualifies under the promotion’s terms and add it to your bag.
- Open the shopping bag and find “Enter promo code” beneath the order summary.
- Enter the code exactly as provided, preserving its capitalization, then apply it.
- Check the order summary to confirm the discount appears before completing the order.
adidas says a code must be applied before the order is placed; it cannot be added afterward. Codes generally cannot be combined with other offers. If more than one promotion applies, adidas says it uses the greatest applicable discount.

Why an adidas promo code may not work
- It has expired. Check the offer’s end date and any time or order limits.
- The item is excluded. A code may cover only selected products. Sale items can be excluded; check the code-specific terms, and if sale goods are excluded, try an eligible full-price item.
- The code was entered incorrectly. Promo codes are case-sensitive, so match the capitalization and characters exactly.
- The offer cannot be combined with another discount. adidas generally does not stack codes with other offers and applies the greatest eligible discount.
- The order is already complete. adidas requires the code to be applied before checkout is completed.
If the offer terms say an item qualifies but checkout still does not apply the expected discount, adidas directs shoppers to contact customer care. A shopper’s report that a code failed on a particular sale item does not establish a general rule; the terms for your specific offer and product are what matter.
U.S. eligibility discounts through ID.me
adidas’ U.S. discount-program page lists an advertised 30% discount for eligible groups who verify through ID.me. The listed groups include military members, first responders, teachers and school employees, nurses and other medical providers, hospital employees, and people aged 65 or older. The program has product exclusions and limits the number of discounts: the page states a maximum of two per month online and one per month in-store or at factory outlets.

Those terms are specific to the adidas U.S. program and can change. Check the official discount-program page for current eligibility, verification steps, exclusions, and limits. Listed examples of excluded or restricted ranges include select Gazelle, Samba, and Campus products, so do not assume a particular model qualifies.

- Whether sale items are eligible.
- Whether signup, membership, or identity verification is required.
- The expiration date and any order, monthly, or channel limits.
- Whether another eligible promotion already provides a larger discount.
Because adidas generally does not combine offers and applies the greatest applicable discount, a code with a higher advertised percentage is not necessarily the better deal for every item. Confirm the final order summary before submitting payment.
