Williams Sonoma’s 2025 after-Christmas kitchen markdowns cannot be fully reconstructed from the material available today. The complete product list, the exact start and end dates, and the discount terms for that period are not established by what remains online. What can be confirmed is narrower: a few named holiday products, a date-coded holiday listing, and the kitchen clearance categories the retailer uses now.
What can be confirmed
- The Christmas Sale page lists the Nordic Ware Nonstick Cast Aluminum 3D Snowman Pan and the Williams Sonoma Stoneware Pie Dish, Set of 3, alongside other seasonal food and tableware. Why a current clearance label is not a 2025 record
Retail clearance pages change continuously. A product shown with a markdown today may have been marked down for a reason unrelated to a holiday event, and a holiday item may still appear on a page long after its original promotion ended. A screenshot or page capture from one date tells you what the page showed on that date. It does not tell you the offer’s duration, the price history of the item, or whether the same price was available to every shopper.
Comparing the two named bakeware items
The two products named on the Christmas Sale page serve different kitchen tasks, so a fair comparison starts with those differences rather than with the labels. Check these points on the current product pages before deciding:
- Product type and intended use: the Snowman Pan is a decorative shaped pan for a seasonal cake; the pie dish set is a general-purpose baking dish set for pies.
- Set size: one pan versus a set of three pie dishes. Compare the cost per usable piece, not the set total.
- Listed material: nonstick cast aluminum for the snowman pan and stoneware for the pie dishes. Cooking performance, durability, and value comparisons are not established by the retailer’s listings and should not be assumed from the material name alone.

- Open your Williams Sonoma order history and search for purchases dated late December 2025 through early January 2026. Any charged price in that window is the only verified 2025 price you hold.
- Check order confirmation emails for the item name, quantity, and the price shown at checkout.
- Search the Internet Archive’s Wayback Machine for the Williams Sonoma sale page. Use its calendar view to select captures from late December 2025 and early January 2026. A capture shows what the page displayed on that date, which is evidence of the listing but not of the offer’s terms.
- If you need the terms of a past promotion, contact Williams Sonoma customer service with the order number and purchase date. Ask for the price and conditions that applied on that date.
How to judge a markdown on its own terms
A “sale” or “clearance” label is the retailer’s claim about its own reference price. Verify that claim against the item’s recent price history before treating the markdown as a saving. If you are buying a seasonal item for a specific baking plan, decide whether you will use it enough to justify the cost, and treat any markdown as a bonus on a purchase you already want.
