Why MAGACOIN Finance Drew Attention as a 2025 Altcoin Presale

MAGACOIN Finance drew attention in 2025 mostly through its own presale publicity and listing announcements. Here is what the HashEx audit found, which figures are project-reported, and what remains unverified.

MAGACOIN Finance drew attention in 2025 mainly because the project promoted its own Ethereum token presale, announced expected exchange listings, and published large fundraising totals. A smart-contract audit by HashEx was completed in the same period. Most of the visibility traces back to material the project issued itself. The public record shows an audit, several project announcements, and no independently confirmed listing, price history, or fundraising total as of the sources reviewed for this article.

What MAGACOIN Finance is, according to the project

MAGACOIN Finance describes itself as an Ethereum token presale. Its project website, titled “The Only Official MAGAFINANCE | Presale Live Now,” lists a token contract address and a set of allocation percentages. Those details are published by the project and have not been checked against an independent registry in this article. The site also uses promotional language, including a claim that prices rise “every few hours.” Treat that wording as marketing, not as a schedule or a forecast. The project’s website is at https://www.magafinance.info/.

Why the project became visible in 2025

Three things account for most of the 2025 attention, and each comes from the project or its audit provider rather than from independent market reporting.

  • Presale publicity. The project issued press releases through GlobeNewswire describing a final presale stage and a running fundraising total.
  • Exchange-listing announcements. A September 2025 release said the project was preparing for anticipated exchange listings. An announcement of preparation is not a completed listing.
  • A published audit. HashEx publishes a security audit record for the project’s smart contracts, which gives the project a third-party reference point. That record covers code review, not the token’s market prospects.

What the HashEx audit covers and what it found

HashEx’s audit page records that the audit was requested on 16 March 2025 and completed on 19 March 2025. It identifies the contracts as Ethereum and Solidity code and lists two contracts, MagaToken and MagaSale. The audit page is at https://hashex.org/audits/magacoin/.

The page reports eight findings in total. Its summary says one low-severity issue was resolved in an update, and the remaining findings were still listed as acknowledged.

Severity Findings reported Status shown in the audit summary
Critical 0 None reported
High 0 None reported
Medium 0 None reported
Low 4 1 resolved in an update; 3 acknowledged
Informational 4 All 4 acknowledged
Total 8 1 resolved; 7 acknowledged

“Acknowledged” means the auditor recorded the issue and the project did not mark it resolved on that page. It does not describe how serious the issue would be if exploited, and the audit page does not provide a fix timeline.

Fundraising and listing claims: who says what

The fundraising figures and listing plans in 2025 come from the project. None of them has been verified by an independent market source in the material reviewed for this article.

Claim Date Who made it Current verification status
Preparing for anticipated exchange listings 11 September 2025 Project release via GlobeNewswire Announcement only; no completed listing confirmed
Raised more than $16 million 10 October 2025 Project release via GlobeNewswire Project-reported; not independently verified
More than 15,000 investors 10 October 2025 Project release via GlobeNewswire Project-reported; not independently verified
About 80% of the allocation sold 10 October 2025 Project release via GlobeNewswire Project-reported; not independently verified

The September release is at this GlobeNewswire page. The October release, which announced the final presale stage and the $16 million figure, is at this GlobeNewswire page. Both releases frame the figures as the project’s own reporting. Neither the releases nor the audit provide an independent count of buyers or an exchange confirmation.

Token allocation and prices shown on the project site

The project website lists the following token allocation. These percentages are project-published and have not been independently verified.

Allocation Share of supply
Presale 45%
Marketing 25%
Staking and community 15%
Liquidity 10%
Partnership 4%
Team 1%

The same site shows a price of $0.000533 for stage 7 and a stated listing price of $0.007. The snapshot is undated. The search index that captured it labelled it only as a crawl from an earlier period, so these figures should not be read as current prices or as a sign of what the token trades at now. Neither figure shows market trading.

What an audit does and does not establish

An audit is a narrow review of code. It tells a reader that a specific set of contracts, in a specific code state, was examined and that certain issues were found and handled in a particular way. It does not answer the questions most buyers care about.

  • It does not cover whether the token has an active market, enough liquidity to sell, or a price that reflects demand.
  • It does not assess the team’s conduct, the project’s long-term operations, or whether promised listings happen.
  • It covers only the contracts named in the audit and the code version reviewed. Later changes to the contracts are outside its scope.
  • Acknowledged low and informational findings remain open on the page, so the audit does not show that every reported issue is closed.

The project’s own terms of use

The project’s Terms of Use, dated 28 March 2025, describe the service as a digital platform for presale participation. The excerpt available for this article includes the phrase “any specific outcomes or the successful launch of the project,” which indicates the platform does not guarantee particular outcomes or a successful launch. The full disclaimer sentence was not reproduced in the excerpt, so this phrase should be read only as a fragment of that document. The terms are at https://magacoinfinance.live/TERMS-OF-USE.pdf.

What is not established for the present day

The 2025 sources are more than a year old at the time of writing, and none of them establishes the following:

  • Whether the token has been listed on any exchange, and which exchanges, if any
  • Current price, trading volume, or circulating supply
  • Whether the presale has ended, and the final amount raised
  • Whether the project is still operating and maintaining its website and contracts

Checking these points requires current sources: the exchange’s own listing notices, a live price feed, the token contract on an Ethereum block explorer, and any updated audit or statement from the project.

Questions to answer before forming a view

  1. Confirm that the contract address on the project site matches the contracts named in the HashEx audit.
  2. Find an exchange listing notice from the exchange itself, not from the project, and check its date.
  3. Look for an independent source for the fundraising total, or treat it as the project’s figure.
  4. Check whether the audit has been updated since 2025 and whether the low findings have since been resolved.
  5. Read the full Terms of Use, including the parts that describe who bears losses.

None of these steps makes a token safe or unsafe. They establish which claims have independent support and which rest on the project’s word.

The 2025 story around MAGACOIN Finance is one of project publicity, an audit that found no critical or high issues but left several findings open, and listings that were announced but not shown to have happened. Those facts can be checked. The return a buyer might earn cannot be, and the sources do not support one.
