WBCSC published the result notice on 7 February 2025. Candidates can check their result by logging in with their registration number and password at wbcsconline.in or wbcsc.org.in. The “2024” label refers to the year of advertisement, not the result publication year.
How to check the 26th WB SET result
- Open the WBCSC SET notice page and locate “26TH SET : RESULT PUBLICATION NOTICE,” or visit one of the official portals named in the result notice.
- Log in using the registration number and password used for your examination application.
- View your result in the candidate portal. The notice directs candidates to log in; it does not announce a public candidate-list download.
How to interpret the cutoff
WBCSC published a 26th SET cutoff table by subject and category on 10 February 2025. Compare your result with the row matching both your subject and category; there is no single cutoff that applies to every candidate. For example, the table lists a General (UR) cutoff of 66.00% for Arabic. Check the official 26th SET cutoff table for your own entry.
Scorecard and e-certificate download
According to WBCSC’s scorecard and e-certificate notice, qualified candidates could download both documents through login from 28 February 2025. The notice says they would not be issued by another mode. It also set 2 April 2025 as the deadline for correction requests; that deadline has passed.
26th SET results at a glance
WBCSC’s synopsis reports 44,770 appeared candidates, 3,282 qualified candidates and a 7.33% qualification rate for the commission’s year-of-advertisement 2024 entry. These are cohort statistics, not an individual candidate’s result. WBCSC describes itself as the conducting body for the UGC-accredited SET on behalf of the Government of West Bengal since 1994. The figures and description appear on the WBCSC synopsis and commission site.

If you cannot access the portal
Use the official WBCSC notice page and contact details rather than relying on unofficial result mirrors. The commission lists [email protected]; it does not promise a response time. Portal availability and login behavior may change, so select the 26th SET notice carefully rather than a notice for a later examination cycle.
