Where Pandora jewelry is made
Pandora identifies Thailand and Vietnam as its jewelry crafting locations. Its Thailand operations include facilities at Gemopolis, outside Bangkok, and Lamphun, near Chiang Mai. The Vietnam production facility is in Ho Chi Minh City.
These are Pandora-reported locations, not a claim that every piece or component is made at every facility. The company’s current materials name the countries and facilities but do not provide a country-of-origin breakdown for each product.
Thailand: Pandora’s established production base
Gemopolis, outside Bangkok
Pandora says it began operations in Gemopolis, a jewelry industry zone outside Bangkok, in 2005. The company opened its Triple A facility expansion there in 2018. Pandora says wastewater recycling at the facility can save up to 60% on water consumption; this is a company-reported figure, and the facility page does not state a publication date.

Lamphun, near Chiang Mai
Pandora says its Lamphun facility began operations in early 2017. The company reports that it uses 18% less energy and 45% less water than a conventional jewelry crafting facility. Those comparisons are Pandora’s own facility figures, not independently verified measurements cited here; the facility page does not state a publication date.
Vietnam: the new production site
Pandora announced that its Ho Chi Minh City facility opened on October 1, 2026. It is the company’s first production site outside Thailand. Pandora says the facility is designed to produce up to 60 million jewelry pieces per year when fully scaled. That is a stated maximum at full scale, not a current annual output figure.

The opening announcement updates the company’s earlier planning language: Pandora’s 2024 annual report described the Vietnam project as a plan, while the October 2026 announcement says the site has opened.
Why Copenhagen is part of the answer—but not the manufacturing one
Pandora’s design studio is in Copenhagen, Denmark. The company says product development also involves collaboration with its team in Thailand. A piece being designed in Copenhagen does not mean it was manufactured in Denmark; Pandora identifies Thailand and Vietnam as its crafting countries.

What Pandora says about materials and craftsmanship
Pandora says its jewelry is crafted using 100% recycled silver and gold, a company statement dated to August 2024 on its official craftsmanship page. This is a statement about those materials, not a claim that every material used across every product is recycled.
The company describes its finishing process this way: “Every piece is hand-finished by skilled craftspeople, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern technology.” Pandora does not name an individual speaker for this statement.
