Where to find the schedule and e-summon information
The UPSC Interview Schedule and eSummon Letters page and Interview Schedules index are official starting points for current information. The visible content of the official index did not expose the archived 2024 Phase III PDF.
A third-party-hosted reproduction of the notice can help confirm what the historical notice stated. It is not an official UPSC-hosted PDF. The notice itself said that candidates’ e-summon letters would be downloadable from the UPSC website and UPSC online portal; that was an instruction applying at the time, not a promise of present availability.

What the 2024 notice said about candidates
Appointment details
The schedule listed roll numbers, dates and sessions. The notice identified 0900 hours for forenoon reporting and 1300 hours for afternoon reporting. A candidate’s own e-summon was the relevant source for their appointment details.
DAF-II submission
The notice warned that a candidate who had not finally submitted DAF-II within the stipulated date and time could have their candidature cancelled and receive no e-summon letter. This condition belongs to the 2023 examination notice; it should not be read as a statement of requirements for another year.

Date or time changes and travel reimbursement
The notice said requests to change an interview date or time would ordinarily not be entertained. It also described interview travel reimbursement as restricted to Second/Sleeper class Mail Express train fare, with other modes or classes handled under the cited rules and Commission guidelines. These are terms stated in that historical notice, not confirmation of current policy. For an individual case or a later examination, rely on the candidate’s own official communication.
