If valid claims exceed net distributable funds, the administrator would reduce payments pro rata. If claims do not exceed net distributable funds, payments could be increased pro rata up to $100. The actual amount depends on the settlement’s final administration and the number of valid claims.

The filed notice says valid claimant payments would be sent by check or electronic payment after settlement approval and finality. Your choices and their consequences
The filed notice describes these options. Because opting out, objecting, and releasing legal claims can have significant consequences, read the operative settlement terms before deciding what to do.
- File a claim: Seek a payment if eligible and if the administrator’s current instructions allow it.
- Do nothing: The notice says you would receive no payment. If the settlement became final, class members who remained in it would be bound by the settlement and release related claims.
- Exclude yourself: The notice says you would receive no settlement payment but retain any right to sue over the claims, subject to the applicable terms and law.
- Object: The notice describes an option to object while remaining in the class. Review the operative terms for the applicable process and requirements.
