No. The application window for the 2024 recruitment closed on February 20, 2025, as reported by Scroll.in. Candidates cannot use that expired window to submit a new application.
What was the recruitment for?
The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission advertised the Polytechnic Lecturer and Assistant Research Officer, P.W.D. (Group B) Exam 2024. Its official advertisement, dated July 23, 2024, listed 526 vacancies across the recruitment. The original notice set August 12, 2024 as the online application and fee-payment deadline, followed by an edit/correction period from August 18 to August 27, 2024. Those were the original schedule dates; the later reported closing date was February 20, 2025.

What were the eligibility rules and fees?
Eligibility and essential qualifications varied by post and subject. The official notice required candidates to possess the relevant essential qualifications by the application deadline. Because this recruitment is closed, its requirements should not be treated as rules for a later UKPSC vacancy; applicants for a new post should use that recruitment’s notice and amendments.
For the expired 2024 recruitment, Scroll.in reported application fees of ₹172.30 for unreserved, Uttarakhand OBC and EWS applicants; ₹82.30 for Uttarakhand SC/ST applicants; and ₹22.30 for Uttarakhand PWD applicants. Use the official UKPSC application portal to look for later notices rather than relying on the closed 2024 application route. The portal lists subsequent recruitment and examination updates, including admit-card notices for the 2025 Lecturer cadre examination. Check the relevant notice for its own dates, eligibility, fee and application instructions before applying.
