Scroll.in reported on June 27, 2024 that the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) expected to release the admit card on June 30, ahead of a preliminary examination then scheduled for July 14. Those dates were subsequently superseded. UKPSC’s announcement archive records an admit-card-category entry dated January 17, 2025; NDTV reported on January 18 that the admit card had been released.
The archive excerpt identifies the date and category but does not show the notice title or its text. The January 18 release report is therefore useful secondary confirmation of availability; candidates should rely on UKPSC’s own records for official notices and personal exam details.

Where to check or download the admit card
- Go to the official UKPSC website or the UKPSC online application portal.
- Open the relevant Upper PCS 2024 admit-card link. The link label and availability may change as the commission updates its site.
- Enter the requested login details and access the card.
- Review the candidate information, exam centre and instructions, then download and print a copy for the examination.
NDTV reported that candidates should follow the instructions on the card and reproduced the UKPSC notification as saying: “Candidates should ensure to follow the important instructions mentioned in the admit card. Any request regarding a change of examination center will not be considered by the Commission.” Read the instructions printed on your own card; do not rely on an old third-party download link.
Candidate instructions and reported scribe-document requirement
NDTV also reported that disabled candidates who had applied to bring their own dictation scribe and claimed more than 40 percent disability were required to submit documents in Appendix-4 (1) and Appendix-4 (2) of the advertisement. Because this requirement is being conveyed through NDTV’s report rather than the underlying notice, candidates affected should verify the applicable documents and procedure in the official advertisement and current UKPSC instructions.
