The confirmed RRB Technician city-intimation notice is for CEN 02/2025 and was listed on the RRB Chandigarh notice page on 26 February 2026. That is not confirmation of a new October 2026 release for another recruitment cycle. Check the notice for your own CEN on an official RRB website: the city/date slip and the exam e-call letter are separate documents, released at different stages.
Has the RRB Technician city slip been released?
For CEN 02/2025, the RRB Chandigarh notice page lists the CBT city-intimation notice dated 26 February 2026. The same page lists the e-call-letter link dated 3 March 2026 and, later, Technician-1 CBT result, cutoff and score-card information dated 21 May 2026. These notices document the earlier CEN 02/2025 recruitment stages; they do not establish an October 2026 release for a different cycle. Check the official RRB Chandigarh notice page and confirm that the CEN number matches your application.
A separate CEN 02/2026 city-slip release has not been confirmed by the official pages cited here. Do not treat social-media posts or an undated claim as confirmation. RRBs direct candidates to use official RRB websites for notices and information.

#1 Best Overall
| Document | What it tells or does | Timing stated for CEN 02/2025 |
|---|---|---|
| Exam city and date intimation | Shows the candidate’s exam city and date; it is also where eligible SC/ST candidates can download travel authority. | The revised schedule said the link would go live 10 days before the candidate’s exam date. |
| E-call letter | The later exam-entry document. Follow its instructions for attending the CBT. | The revised schedule said downloads would start about four days before the exam date shown in the city/date intimation link. |
The timing above comes from the official revised CEN 02/2025 schedule. It is guidance for that recruitment notice, not a guarantee for a future CEN. Read the revised schedule notice.
How to check your exam city and download the e-call letter
- Open the official regional RRB website relevant to your application. Start from the official RRB Chandigarh site if that is your RRB, or use the official site for your own region; avoid links circulated in social-media posts.
- Find the notice page for your exact CEN and recruitment, then look for the exam city/date intimation link. Check the notice date and CEN number before proceeding.
- Open the candidate link and enter the requested application credentials. Review the exam city and date shown for your own application, and save the information for travel planning.
- Return to the same official CEN page when the e-call-letter link is announced. Download that document separately and follow its exam-day instructions.
The official schedule for CEN 02/2025 set CBT dates on 6, 9, 10 and 13 March 2026. Its city/date link and e-call-letter intervals relate to those candidate-specific exam dates; they should not be used to infer a date or release timetable for another CEN.
What to bring and check before the exam
- Bring the original photo identity document named in your application. The CEN 02/2025 schedule notice says a candidate without that same original ID would not be allowed to attend.
- If you verified Aadhaar during application, the schedule notice advises ensuring that your Aadhaar account is unlocked before attending.
- Use your own city/date intimation and e-call letter for journey planning and exam-day details rather than relying on a general date range.
How to avoid a false release claim
Verify three details before acting on a “released” notice: the CEN number, the date of the official notice, and whether it links to city/date intimation or the e-call letter. The official CEN 02/2025 page warns candidates to visit official RRB websites for RRB information. A city-slip announcement for one CEN does not confirm a release for another.
