How Ferrell fits into Leeds United’s ownership history

In January 2021, a new 49ers-affiliated investment brought 49ers Enterprises’ total minority stake to 37%, according to the club’s announcement at the time. That historical figure describes 49ers Enterprises’ stake then; it is not Ferrell’s stake and should not be used to infer his investment terms.
