The Indian Coast Guard declared the Stage-I result for Navik (General Duty) and Navik (Domestic Branch) under CGEPT 02/2023 on 24 April 2023. Candidates were directed to sign in to the enrolled-personnel recruitment portal with their registered email ID and password to view their individual result. This is a historical result; the portal’s current availability for this batch has not been verified.

How to check the CGEPT 02/2023 result

  1. Open the Indian Coast Guard enrolled-personnel recruitment portal.
  2. Choose the result link in the enrolled-personnel or CGEPT area.
  3. Sign in using the email ID and password registered for the application to view your individual result.

Contemporaneous reporting described this portal route and login process, but did not establish that the 2023 result link remains available now. If the link is no longer shown, the old result should not be treated as a currently accessible page.

Which result was declared?

The declaration covered CGEPT 02/2023, not CGEPT 01/2023. It included Navik GD and Navik DB. Scroll reported that the recruitment drive had 255 vacancies: 225 for Navik GD and 30 for Navik DB. Scroll’s 25 April 2023 report and Jagran Josh’s report, updated 24 April 2023 cover the result announcement and batch details.

What a Stage-I result means

The result was a Stage-I outcome. Candidates shortlisted at this stage were to proceed to Stage-II; subsequent document verification and medical stages were also described in contemporaneous coverage. Passing Stage-I therefore indicated shortlisting for further assessment, not final selection or appointment. Telegraph India’s 25 April 2023 report described the result access route and later stages.
