Lee also named existing favourites: “Salted Caramel is always a crowd favourite, along with Cookie Monster and Choc Fudge Brownie for the kids,” he told PerthNow. He described Mascarpone & Cocoa as his own favourite, saying it was “rich, creamy and you can eat a lot of it without feeling full.” These are the owner’s descriptions; the report did not provide sales figures or survey data to measure popularity.

Lee said the shop planned a regularly changing art installation on one wall, using striking imagery loosely based around gelato. He said the business wanted to consider work from local artists and school art students. The report did not describe a formal submission process.
Lee told PerthNow, “It’s about creating a space that is always evolving but also engaging the local community.” He also said the new shop had received about twice as many job applications as any of the business’s other stores; that comparison was his account, not an independently audited figure.
