Why SalarySport gives a different top earner and wage bill
SalarySport’s separate 2024/25 dataset names Azor Matusiwa as Ipswich’s highest-paid player at £34,000 a week, rather than Tuanzebe. It reports a weekly wage bill of £529,521 and an annual total of £27,535,092, with wage data for 67 players. Its stated average for players aged 22 and over is £17,085 across 29 players with data.
