GQ España described a Rolls-Royce Phantom VII Series I as his priciest car in 2023, citing a starting price above €350,000; a separate list estimates a Rolls-Royce Ghost at $300,000 and a Ferrari 458 Italia at $260,000. Those figures come from different sources and are not appraisals of confirmed cars in his current collection.
What cars has Snoop Dogg said he owns or favors?
The clearest evidence about Snoop Dogg’s collection comes from his own interviews, which establish what he described at the time—not what he owns today.
- 1969 Cadillac Fleetwood, “Brown Sugar”: In a 2008 Larry King Live interview, Snoop said he had “about 20 something cars,” many of them old-school, and called his Fleetwood his favorite. He described a family photo on the rear and chandeliers inside. This is a historical account, not a current inventory.
- Other classic cars: In a 2004 MotorTrend/Lowrider interview, he named a gold Pontiac convertible he called the “Laker car,” a 1969 Buick Riviera, and a 1976 Cadillac Eldorado among his favorites. He also discussed working with a car coordinator to turn customization ideas into finished cars.
These interviews support Snoop’s longstanding enthusiasm for lowriders and customized classics. They do not establish the present location, condition, or ownership status of each vehicle.
Which cars have been reported as his most expensive?
Later articles attribute luxury cars to Snoop and attach estimated prices to them. The estimates are not directly comparable: the publications do not establish a shared valuation date or method, and they do not document current ownership.

| Vehicle as reported | Reported price claim | What the reporting establishes |
|---|---|---|
| Rolls-Royce Phantom VII Series I | GQ España said in 2023 that the model’s starting price was above €350,000. | GQ España called it Snoop’s most expensive car, but did not provide ownership records or an appraisal of his specific customized car. The figure is a model starting-price claim, not a verified value for his car. |
| 2017 Rolls-Royce Ghost | Estimated at $300,000. | REREV lists this estimate, but does not state a consistent basis such as purchase price or current market value. |
| 2010 Ferrari 458 Italia | Estimated at $260,000. | REREV lists this estimate as well, without establishing the car’s current ownership or a consistent valuation method. |
The Phantom and Ghost claims conflict over which car is the most expensive. Because the Phantom figure is in euros and refers to a stated starting price, while the Ghost estimate is in dollars and lacks a stated basis, ranking them against each other would imply a like-for-like comparison that the reporting does not support.
Does Snoop Dogg still own these cars?
The available accounts do not confirm a current inventory. His 2004 and 2008 interviews are first-person evidence of cars he favored or described then. The later Phantom and Ghost lists are secondary reporting, and the cited articles do not provide primary ownership documentation. Accordingly, it is more accurate to call these cars reported or historically associated with Snoop than to state that he owns them now.

One past association is especially easy to misread: La Vanguardia reports that Snoop commissioned a Lakers-themed 1966 Pontiac Parisienne and gave it to Kobe Bryant in 2016. That account documents a reported gift, not a car in Snoop’s current collection. La Vanguardia’s report does not change the distinction between a car he commissioned and one he retained.
What is known about the size and value of his collection?
No independently documented current count or total collection value is established. The numbers in published accounts refer to different dates and levels of evidence:

- Snoop said “about 20 something cars” in the 2008 CNN interview.
- GQ España reported an estimate of around 14 cars in 2023.
Neither figure is a verified current count. The price claims likewise do not support a trustworthy total: a model’s starting price, secondary estimates, and a customized vehicle’s actual sale or appraisal value are different things.

A quoted price can mean a manufacturer’s starting price, an estimate from a secondary publication, a purchase price, or a current market valuation. Unless the source identifies which one it means—and documents the particular car’s year, condition, options, and ownership—the number should not be treated as a confirmed value.

For Snoop Dogg’s cars, the strongest public evidence is his own dated description of his classics and lowriders. The expensive-luxury-car claims are useful as reports of what publications have attributed to him, but they do not establish a definitive ranking or a current collection valuation. A ZedDash-hosted copy of an article bearing a CNN-like storage path should also not be confused with CNN reporting or treated as ownership proof: the hosted copy is not an authenticated CNN source.
