AdGuard says you can activate a license by signing in to the account associated with it or by entering its license key. A device slot must be available. If the license has reached its device limit, AdGuard says you can upgrade it or transfer it from one device to another. Review the activation and device-limit guidance if you need to move an existing license.
The universal-license purchase page is not the only way to buy AdGuard. The US Apple App Store listing for AdGuard for Safari describes free Safari ad blocking and separate paid Pro features, including an in-app “Premium Lifetime” option. Do not assume that an Apple in-app purchase has the same scope or terms as a license bought from AdGuard’s website.
Refund terms and what to check at checkout
AdGuard’s purchase page states a 30-day money-back guarantee and identifies Paddle and PayPro Global as payment processors.
