TDSMAN offers desktop and browser-based options for preparing Indian TDS/TCS returns, and advertises a free trial. The price depends on which product you mean: the current TDSMAN site directs buyers to a plan selector, while the separate TDSMAN Online pricing page displays rates for a distinct offer that should not be assumed to match current desktop or cloud plans. Reviews are also limited: vendor testimonials are promotional, and the third-party evidence available is small and dated.
What TDSMAN does
TDSMAN is software from PDS Infotech for preparing and managing Indian TDS/TCS returns and related compliance work. The vendor currently presents desktop software and a browser-based cloud version. TDSMAN describes desktop as running locally and licensed for the current financial year; its cloud version is browser-accessible, has a 365-day subscription from purchase, and supports collaboration across locations. These are the vendor’s product descriptions, not independent test findings. See TDSMAN’s current product information.
The vendor’s feature page lists Forms 24Q, 26Q, 27Q and 27EQ; regular and correction returns; Excel/CSV and TXT/Conso imports; PAN and challan validation; default prediction; FVU and CSI-file workflows; portal/TRACES integration; TDS/TCS certificates; and online filing support. Check that the specific edition supports the forms and correction cases you handle. Review the listed features.
Is there a free TDSMAN demo or trial?
TDSMAN advertises a free trial. Its trial page promotes preparing and filing a first return free, but also cautions that access may be limited by period, features, users, data or output. An older page contains eligibility language tied to a particular financial year and return type, which may not describe the current offer. Confirm the live terms before relying on the trial for a filing deadline. Check the current trial page.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems#1 Best Overall
Use the trial or demo to test a representative, anonymized workflow rather than just exploring the menus. Confirm that your import format works, that the required return and correction flow is available, and that you can complete the relevant validation and filing steps.
How much does TDSMAN cost?
The current main TDSMAN site distinguishes desktop licensing by financial year from a cloud subscription lasting 365 days from purchase, but directs visitors to its pricing flow for current prices. Get a current written quote for the exact edition and workload instead of treating an older third-party listing as current. Open the current TDSMAN plan selector.

What do TDSMAN reviews say?
The vendor’s homepage publishes selected customer testimonials praising usability, support, statutory updates, PAN verification and auto tax calculation. For example, it quotes Jayantilal R Jain of Jain & Jain Construction saying, “I am very much impressed with TDSMAN Software. It is always updated with all the statutory changes. Auto Tax Calculation is a very useful tool.” This is a vendor-hosted testimonial, not evidence of typical customer experience. The homepage also claims 1.13 lakh-plus businesses, 65 lakh-plus returns and more than 21 years; it does not show a methodology for those figures. View the vendor’s homepage.
The third-party Techjockey listing offers little basis for judging current satisfaction: it shows a small review total and a visible example dated March 12, 2019, with a low-quality “test review” title and content. That record does not establish overall or current customer sentiment. View the third-party listing.

What to check before choosing desktop or cloud
The main trade-off is where and how people access the work: TDSMAN describes desktop data as remaining on the customer’s system, while cloud use is browser-based and supports collaboration. For sensitive payroll or vendor information, do not infer data protection from a general product description; review the vendor’s current security and data-processing terms.
Quick Recap
Best Value
- Confirm the edition, license or subscription period, number of users, TAN/company limits and record volumes.
- Check the required return forms, correction types, imports, validation and portal/TRACES steps against your actual workflow.
- Ask how updates, backups, access controls and support work for the selected edition.
- Get a current written quote that covers the full filing-year workload, rather than comparing a legacy per-return rate with an annual license or subscription.
