TSPSC’s 2023 Junior Lecturer hall-ticket notice was dated September 4, while Scroll reported that the tickets were issued on September 7. The Computer-Based Recruitment Test (CBRT) exams took place from September 12 to October 3, 2023. The 2023 download window has passed; candidates seeking current notices should use the official TSPSC website.
What the 2023 hall-ticket notice covered
The notice concerned Junior Lecturer posts under the control of the Commissioner of Intermediate Education, General Recruitment, under TSPSC Notification No. 22/2022. TSPSC’s web note, dated September 4, 2023, said hall tickets for the CBRT examinations would be available through the Commission’s website. Scroll’s September 7, 2023 report gave the date the tickets were issued. These are distinct dates: one is the date on the Commission’s notice, the other is the reported ticket-release date.
Scroll reported 1,392 vacancies for that recruitment in 2023. That is a historical recruitment figure, not a current vacancy count.
How candidates were instructed to download the ticket
The 2023 notice directed applicants to use the TSPSC website and download their hall tickets in advance. It said each subject’s ticket would be available from seven days before that subject’s exam until 45 minutes before the exam began. This was the schedule for the 2023 exams; it does not mean the download facility is available now.

Multiple subjects, exam dates, and sessions
Applicants who had applied for more than one subject needed a separate hall ticket for each subject. They were also required to attend General Studies and General Abilities (Paper I) on both days. The 2023 exams were conducted in CBRT mode from September 12 through October 3, 2023. TSPSC later confirmed that the tests ran on 11 days within that period.
