Stargate Baldivis opened on 24 July 2024 at 114 Amazon Drive, Baldivis. Businesses reported open on launch day were Woolworths, The Lucky Charm, Pharmacy 777 and Baldivis North Medical Centre. That is an opening-day snapshot—not a verified list of the centre’s current tenants.
When did Stargate Baldivis open, and where is it?
The shopping centre opened on 24 July 2024 at 114 Amazon Drive, Baldivis, WA. PerthNow reported the public opening on 27 July 2024. Contractor Spire & Co says the Woolworths tenancy was handed over in late March 2023 and that the centre, including medical, pharmacy and newsagency businesses, commenced trading eight weeks later; its account supports the broader timeline but does not give the same precise public opening date. Which businesses were open on launch day?
PerthNow named four businesses as open when the centre launched:
- Woolworths
- The Lucky Charm
- Pharmacy 777
- Baldivis North Medical Centre
The same report said the centre claimed it would provide 14 specialty stores, while only four shops were open at the time of the report. Those figures describe the July 2024 coverage, not the present-day tenant count.

What other shops, cafes or food options are there?
PerthNow reported that Subway, a fish-and-chip shop and a coffee venue were believed to be among the businesses expected to open next. That was prospective information in July 2024, so it does not confirm that any of them subsequently opened. A Facebook commenter quoted by PerthNow asked, “What are the other 8 shops? Only 4 have been listed. Cafes? Restaurants? Other food options? Specialty stores?” The question reflected the opening-day report and is not a verified count of businesses still missing today.
The centre’s account, quoted in the same article, said: “There will be a lot more coming to Stargate Baldivis, but for now these four stores are set to open on the 24th. Stay tuned for more exciting additions soon!” The source does not identify a named spokesperson. The available sources do not establish a complete current directory, so check directly with the centre or a specific business before making a trip for a particular shop or meal.
