SpinQuest says your first redemption must be by bank transfer. After approval, its Help Center estimates up to five minutes for debit-card processing or two to five business days for bank-transfer processing; your bank may take longer to make funds available.
How to request a SpinQuest redemption
- Log in to your SpinQuest account.
- Open Transactions. On desktop, SpinQuest places it on the right side of the screen; on mobile, open the account dropdown and select it.
- Choose Redeem.
- Move eligible SweepsCoins from Vault to Wallet if they are stored in the Vault. The redemption flow uses Wallet funds.
- Check playthrough eligibility for the coins you want to redeem. Promotional terms can differ, so check the offer terms and the progress shown in your account.
- Select a reward method and amount, then confirm the request. SpinQuest says the first redemption must use bank transfer; debit card may be available for later redemptions.
Only SweepsCoins are redeemable for rewards. Gold Coins are for entertainment and cannot be redeemed or converted to SweepsCoins, according to SpinQuest’s Help Center.
What playthrough means for eligibility
Playthrough is the amount of eligible gameplay required before SweepsCoins can be redeemed. SpinQuest’s redemption and playthrough help articles describe a 1x requirement for qualifying SweepsCoins from coin-package purchases and 3x for certain promotional SweepsCoins, including some promotional offers or daily claims. The applicable terms depend on how the coins were issued; check the offer terms and your account’s current eligibility rather than assuming all SweepsCoins have the same requirement.
SpinQuest says slots and instant games contribute 100% toward playthrough, while live, table, and exclusive games contribute 20%. Its playthrough article also describes partial-playthrough redemption for a prize worth at least 50 SweepsCoins when progress has exceeded 50 SweepsCoins. Confirm that the option applies to your balance and reward in the account screen.

How long each payout method takes

These are SpinQuest’s estimates, not independently measured payout results or a guarantee for every request. The timing article says requests made on a Friday, over a weekend, or the day before a bank holiday wait until the next business day to begin processing. Approval time itself is not included in the estimates.
Redemption minimums and conflicting limits
SpinQuest’s two Help Center articles agree on a 50-SweepsCoin minimum and a limit of one redemption per day, but give substantially different maximums. Neither article explains whether the discrepancy reflects account, regional, or policy differences.

Because the official articles conflict, do not plan around either set of maximums. Check the amount allowed on your current Redeem screen and the applicable terms before submitting.

If a redemption is taking longer than expected
- Check whether the request is approved. The published processing estimates start after approval, not when you first submit the request.
- Check the calendar. Weekends and bank holidays are excluded from the bank-transfer processing estimate, and requests submitted around those days may not begin processing until the next business day.
- Allow for bank posting time. SpinQuest distinguishes its processing time from the time your receiving bank takes to make funds visible.
- Review the account status and current terms. The Help Center does not establish a guaranteed end-to-end delivery time for every request.
