The advertised package of 40 Spree Coins (SC), 40,000 Gold Coins (GC) and 40 Gift Spins is not confirmed by the official Spree pages reviewed. Those pages describe a standard new-player signup offer of 25,000 GC + 2.5 SC, with no purchase or promo code required. Check Spree’s live offer and terms before signing up; promotions can change.
Is the 40 SC, 40K GC and 40 Gift Spins offer available now?
Spree’s official homepage and sweepstakes explainer list 25,000 GC + 2.5 SC as the standard signup bonus. Neither confirms the 40 SC + 40,000 GC + 40 Gift Spins package. Treat those larger amounts as unverified unless they appear in a current Spree campaign page or in the offer shown in your account, with terms that identify the promotion.
The official pages describe the standard welcome offer without a code. A Spree-branded promo-code explainer says codes for additional campaigns may rotate and expire, but that page’s relationship to Spree’s official site has not been independently verified. It is not proof that a particular code or the 40/40K/40 Spins offer is active.
How to claim Spree’s standard signup offer
- Check eligibility and terms. Review Spree’s current terms and sweepstakes rules before registering. Spree’s signup-bonus guide says the offer is for new players, requires email verification, and may be claimed once per player.
- Create an account and verify your email. The guide describes registration followed by email verification as the steps for the standard offer.
- Check your player account. Spree’s official explainer says to claim the free SC signup bonus and find it in the account. The offer amounts shown on the official pages are 25,000 GC + 2.5 SC, not the unverified 40/40K/40 package.
The signup guide states an age requirement of 18 or older and limits the offer to eligible regions; some U.S. states are excluded. The reviewed text does not provide a complete state list, so check the live rules for your location rather than assuming the offer is available nationwide.

What SC and GC mean for your balance
| Currency | What Spree says it is for | Redemption |
|---|---|---|
| Gold Coins (GC) | Fun play | Not redeemable for prizes, according to Spree’s sweepstakes explainer. |
| Spree Coins (SC) | Eligible SC can be used in sweepstakes games. | May be redeemed for prizes subject to Spree’s rules and eligibility requirements. Spree lists minimums of 100 SC for cash prizes and 10 SC for gift cards. |
Receiving SC does not guarantee a cash-out. Redemption depends on the official rules and eligibility requirements, and the stated minimum is a threshold—not a promise that a particular balance can be withdrawn or that a prize will be awarded.
Free rewards beyond signup
Spree’s homepage describes a daily reward of 0.3 SC or 2,000 GC, claimable every 24 hours, as well as rewards through daily activity, loyalty milestones and tournaments. These are changeable site features; check the current homepage and account for the reward and its terms.

Location matters: Illinois warning
Illinois has a specific regulatory issue. In a February 4, 2026 letter, the Illinois Gaming Board stated, “The IGB has neither licensed nor authorized Spree Casino to engage in online gambling activity.” The Board said it observed Spree offering games to Illinois users on January 14, 2026, with opportunities to win cash, gift cards and other prizes, and demanded that Spree block Illinois residents or discontinue prize offerings. This is the Board’s stated position concerning Illinois; it is not a nationwide legal conclusion. Residents should review current state requirements and Spree’s location restrictions before participating.
