Another Trustpilot reviewer, Tamim Shahriar Subeen, alleged on January 1, 2026, that a support reply tied cancellation to posting a positive review. The reviewer quoted the reply as: “As you have been a long time customer I can proceed with cancellation if you can provide a good review in [trustpilot link]. Please let me know when review is posted and I will proceed with cancellation.” This is a serious allegation in an individual account; the reviewed material does not independently establish what happened.
ServerMania’s own testimonials page features positive customer statements about service and support. Company-published testimonials can illustrate the kinds of use cases customers describe, but they are not an independently sampled review set. One testimonial mentions a customer’s cPanel server; that does not mean cPanel is included with every plan.

ServerMania’s support page lists ticket, email, phone, and technical support as available 24x7x365, while live sales chat is listed for weekday hours. The page also advertises a 100% uptime SLA and a 15-minute response time. Its wording says, “Our experts are available to assist you 24×7.” Availability of a support channel does not by itself specify what assistance is included, how quickly a technical issue will be resolved, or whether a particular plan qualifies for a stated service-level commitment.
The reviewed sources do not spell out the SLA’s measurement window, exclusions, remedies, or claims process. Ask for the complete terms applicable to your chosen service rather than relying on a headline percentage or response-time statement.

The public review pages and provider statements do not settle current plan prices, renewal dates, cancellation or refund terms, or plan-specific SLA conditions. Confirm these points for the exact configuration and region you intend to buy:
- Workload fit: Specify required CPU, RAM, storage type and capacity, network capacity, and operating-system or control-panel needs. Get the configuration in the order or service documentation.
- Datacenter location: Confirm the physical location for the specific plan, not just the provider’s general locations. Latency, data-location requirements, and proximity to users may matter.
- Total recurring cost: Ask for recurring charges, setup fees, what is included, and when promotional or introductory pricing ends. The reviewed sources do not establish current plan prices.
- Contract and cancellation: Obtain the initial term, renewal date and pricing, notice period, cancellation method, and any refund conditions in writing. These terms were not settled by the reviewed pages.
- Support scope: Confirm which channels are available for your plan, whether technical support covers your operating system or applications, and what response targets mean in the service terms.
- Backups and recovery: Establish who configures and pays for backups, how often they run, how long data is retained, and how restoration works. Do not assume a server plan includes a backup service.
