Charter. The available company information does not substantiate a definitive six-company list, so this guide names four rather than guessing. Their offers differ: some describe aircraft in their own fleets, while PlaneSmart says it can source aircraft through a network. Confirm the actual operator, aircraft and full trip price before booking.

These are sourced examples, not a ranking or a complete market directory. Published aircraft, routes and prices can change; confirm current availability for your dates and itinerary.
Tradewind Aviation
Tradewind says it has operated private charter flights since 2001 and connects travelers to more than 3,000 airports across the United States and Caribbean. It names bases in Oxford, Connecticut; Westchester, New York; Stuart, Florida; and San Juan, Puerto Rico, and publishes Northeast, Southeast and Caribbean service areas. Its stated turboprop is the Pilatus PC-12, with six to eight passenger seats depending on configuration. Tradewind describes itself as a Part 135 operator of PC-12 aircraft. Its service page gives operator-published figures of 1,700 miles and 300 mph; confirm the aircraft variant, configuration and suitability for your route. Tradewind service information
As of October 8, 2026, Tradewind displayed starting occupied pricing of $5,700 per hour in its Northeast and Southeast PC-12 service regions. It also displayed starting pricing of $2,850 per hour for trips outside occupied regions, with repositioning flight charges. These are volatile starting figures, not an all-in trip quote or a market average. Tradewind pricing

Accent Airways
Accent lists the Beechcraft King Air 360 in its charter fleet. Its undated fleet page, accessed October 8, 2026, states a maximum range of 1,800 nautical miles, cruise speed of 312 knots, luggage capacity of 550 pounds and seating for up to eight passengers in a dual-pilot configuration. These are company-published figures; ask which aircraft and cabin configuration are available for your trip. Accent Airways fleet information
Elite Air
Elite Air advertises a charter fleet of more than two dozen aircraft and a turboprop category. Its fleet page states up to nine passengers and 2,000 miles for that category, but the page excerpt does not identify a specific turboprop model. Treat those numbers as category-level company claims, not specifications for a particular aircraft. Ask for the proposed model and configuration. Elite Air fleet information

PlaneSmart! Charter
PlaneSmart’s September 2025 brochure describes access to turboprops and jets through its growing fleet or a network of charter operators, so its offer should not be read as a claim that it directly operates every aircraft it arranges. The brochure names Pilatus PC-12, Piaggio Avanti and King Air 90/200/250/350 options. It states up to six passengers and a range span of 1,099–1,790 nautical miles for its turboprop category. Ask what aircraft is actually available for your itinerary and which company will operate it. PlaneSmart September 2025 brochure
How to compare charter options before paying
Check the route and airport fit
Ask whether the company can serve both airports on your intended dates and whether the proposed aircraft can use them under the applicable runway and operating conditions. A short-field capability claim does not establish that a particular airport or runway is suitable for a specific flight.

- ✈️【PT6A Turboprop Engine Background】The PT6A turboprop engine is a widely used medium-power aircraft engine applied in both civil and military aviation. This model recreates the structural layout of the PT6A engine, presenting key components and airflow pathways through a semi-sectioned configuration.
- ⚙️【Motor-Driven Mechanical Operation】The model integrates a 12V DC motor that drives the internal compressor and propeller shaft components. When powered, the rotating blades demonstrate the mechanical relationship between compressor stages and turbine operation.
- 🧩【100+ Component Mechanical Assembly】The structure contains over 100 individual parts forming the compressor section, turbine stage, gearbox housing, and outer casing. The modular design reflects the layered construction commonly found in turboprop engines.
- 🧱【Industrial-Grade 3D Printing & CNC Process】Most structural components are manufactured from resin plastic using high-precision industrial-grade 3D printing technology, with selected parts processed through CNC machining to preserve complex geometry and structural detail.
- 🎁【Engineering Display & Collectible Model】Once assembled, the model forms a detailed mechanical display that demonstrates turboprop engine operation. Suitable for STEM education, engineering demonstration, desktop mechanical decoration, or as a collectible aviation model.
Match seats and baggage to the actual aircraft
Compare your party size and luggage—including bulky items or sports equipment—with the exact aircraft and cabin configuration being quoted. A published passenger maximum does not guarantee that every seat or baggage space will be practical for your group.
Find out who operates the flight
Ask who holds the operating certificate, which company will exercise operational control, and what aircraft or registration is proposed. A broker or charter arranger may source an aircraft from another operator; its network or marketing page alone does not establish that it holds charter authority for the flight.

Get a written, route-specific total
Request a written quote for the complete itinerary. Ask whether the total includes repositioning, taxes, fuel or international surcharges, waiting time, and any cancellation or change charges. An hourly figure—especially one described as a starting rate—does not by itself tell you what the trip will cost.

The FAA’s Part 135 Operators and Aircraft List can be searched by operator name or aircraft registration to check charter certification and which aircraft are authorized. The FAA says the list is updated weekly; if an operator or aircraft is missing, it advises contacting the local Flight Standards District Office. FAA Part 135 Operators and Aircraft List

The FAA advises: “When paying for an Air Charter, ask to see the Operator’s Air Carrier or Operating Certificate to validate that the aircraft has authorization for charter use.” It also identifies warning signs such as attempts to transfer operational control to a customer, no Federal Excise Tax, missing safety briefing materials, evasive answers, or coaching passengers about FAA inspectors. Raise concerns with the FAA rather than relying on a broker’s marketing claims as proof of legal charter authority. FAA consumer guidance on air charter
