Wind Creek Hospitality announced on December 22, 2021, that it had acquired Seattle-based FlowPlay, a developer and operator of free-to-play online and mobile games. The companies did not disclose the purchase price. The deal was presented as a way for Wind Creek to add digital gaming operations and reach customers beyond the markets served by its land-based casinos.
What Wind Creek said the acquisition would do
Wind Creek Hospitality (WCH), doing business as PCI Gaming Authority, described the acquisition as a step toward diversifying its business and extending its customer reach beyond the target markets of its land-based casino operations. Its announcement said the transaction did not include a real-money gaming offering; that describes the scope of the 2021 deal announcement, not FlowPlay’s later business.
Poarch Band of Creek Indians Chairwoman and CEO Stephanie A. Bryan said the acquisition would create new opportunities for growth and economic development. Wind Creek Hospitality President and CEO James Dorris pointed to potential integrations between FlowPlay’s digital platforms, Wind Creek properties and the wider gaming industry. FlowPlay CEO and co-founder Derrick Morton said the companies shared a vision for using technology to enhance player experiences.

How FlowPlay’s business developed after the deal
The 2021 announcement described a free-to-play gaming business and explicitly said the acquisition did not include a real-money gaming offering. On March 3, 2026, FlowPlay announced the launch of Imperial Treasures Casino in Pennsylvania as an affiliate of Wind Creek Bethlehem, describing it as its first regulated U.S. market entry. FlowPlay also described a player-account-management platform supporting the offering.
Separately, the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board’s February 13, 2026 interactive gaming materials listed Flowplay and identified the Imperial Treasures Casino website and mobile app. These dated announcements and records document a later development; they do not establish the service’s current operating status, eligibility rules or licensing status today.
