What SafeCard is—and what the issuer claims
A March 27, 2025 promotional release issued by SafeCard describes a slim, passive card that users place in a wallet beside RFID-enabled cards. The issuer says it blocks RFID/NFC signals, needs no battery, and works only when kept in the same wallet as the cards it is meant to protect. It also states that physical theft is not covered. Those are promotional claims, not independently verified performance findings. The reviewed material provides no independent test result or performance statistic for this specific card. It therefore does not establish that SafeCard prevents unauthorized scans, eliminates digital theft, or guarantees that wallet contents are safe.

The Better Business Bureau (BBB) page displayed four customer reviews when accessed October 8, 2026. Dated accounts allege charges after an order was abandoned or cancelled, dissatisfaction with refund handling, and difficulty contacting the business. The BBB complaint page displayed one billing complaint, dated June 2, 2025, and marked unanswered when accessed October 8, 2026. The complainant alleges two charges of $59.58, on March 17 and April 15, for a wallet that was not received, as well as difficulty reaching the company. These are allegations in a complaint, not a finding that the business violated the law. Trustpilot page with a similar name
A Trustpilot profile for safecard.liveblog365.com displayed one review and a TrustScore of 3.2, with no reviews in the preceding 12 months, when accessed October 8, 2026. Its sole displayed review alleges a delay and transaction fees. Are the reviews about the same SafeCard?
Not necessarily. The available sources describe distinct identities whose relationship is unconfirmed:
- The physical RFID/NFC card described in SafeCard’s March 27, 2025 promotional release.
- A Chicago online retailer called SafeCard listed by BBB. BBB’s profile says the business is not accredited and assigns it a C- rating. BBB attributes the rating to failure to respond to one complaint and length of time in operation; it is not a product-performance score or a court or regulator finding. See the BBB business profile.

- The separate safecard.liveblog365.com site shown on Trustpilot, whose connection to the card and retailer is unverified.
Because the seller and product identities have not been tied together by the available evidence, the BBB reports cannot confidently be treated as reviews of the card described in the promotional release.

Is SafeCard worth buying?
The evidence supports a cautious, conditional answer—not a definitive recommendation. The issuer describes a specific use and limitation, but independent performance testing is not established. The customer reports are worth considering when assessing purchase risk, yet the small number of accounts and unresolved identity link prevent a firm conclusion about the card seller or all buyers’ experiences.
Before paying, check that the listing identifies the seller and product clearly, review the full checkout total and return terms, and save the order confirmation and cancellation or refund correspondence. If the charge is not resolved, contact the card issuer or payment provider using the contact details on your statement and ask about its dispute process and deadlines. Do not assume that a card marketed for RFID/NFC blocking protects against physical theft or other forms of fraud.
