SSC Selection Post Phase XII/2024 admit-card links were released regionally in June 2024. To check your own record, use the official SSC regional office responsible for the jurisdiction of your opted examination centre—not necessarily the region associated with the post. SSC calls the admit card an “Admission Certificate.” The 2024 release records do not confirm whether an individual candidate can still access the certificate today.
Which SSC regional website should you use?
For the Phase XII computer-based examination, SSC assigns the Admission Certificate to the regional office whose jurisdiction covers the examination centre you opted for. The post’s region or category does not determine which office issues it. Use the regional website linked from SSC’s official channels and check that region’s admit-card or examination-status page. How to check your status and download the certificate
- Open the correct regional SSC website. Choose the office responsible for your opted examination centre’s jurisdiction.
- Find the Phase XII/2024 listing. Open the admit-card or examination-status section and select Selection Post Examination Phase XII/2024. If the page separates qualification levels, select the one that applies to you. SSC North Eastern Region’s historical listing, for example, showed separate Matric, Higher Secondary and Graduate entries. North Eastern Region listing
- Open the candidate status or login link. Enter the details requested by that regional page. Interfaces differ: Karnataka Kerala Region’s status page, for example, offered a registration-number and date-of-birth lookup and a way to retrieve a forgotten registration number. - Check the displayed exam details and download the PDF if the portal makes it available. Save the file and print it for the examination hall. SSC’s notice states: “Candidate must bring printout of the Admission Certificate to the Examination Hall.” SSC Phase XII notice
- If you cannot find your record or spot an error, contact the relevant regional office through its official help or contact route. SSC says correspondence should include your registration ID, roll number, registered email and mobile number, name, date of birth and examination name. SSC Phase XII notification
What to check before exam day
Compare the certificate’s details with your records and read the instructions on your own regional portal. Identity-document requirements and other local directions can vary. For example, Karnataka Kerala Region’s Phase XII status page instructed candidates to bring an original valid photo ID showing the same date of birth as the admit card; if the ID did not show date of birth, it called for an additional original proof document. It also warned candidates about the entry closing time. Those instructions are specific to that region’s page, so do not assume they apply everywhere. Karnataka Kerala Region status page
Why a Phase XII link may not appear now
The release was historical, not a current announcement. SSC Northern Region’s records list Phase XII admit-card links dated 20, 21, 24, 25 and 26 June 2024; North Eastern Region’s listing records links uploaded on 12 June 2024 for Matric, Higher Secondary and Graduate levels. Release timing differed by region. Northern Region records North Eastern Region listing

SSC’s notification said the download facility would be available about one week before the computer-based examination. It also said Admission Certificates are uploaded to the relevant regional website and are not issued by post. The notice advises candidates to monitor their concerned regional office and SSC headquarters. It does not establish whether a 2024 candidate’s link remains accessible now.
