That date has passed; this is a historical schedule update, not a notice for an upcoming exam. A separate RRB JE recruitment cycle has its own timetable.
What was the revised date for RRB JE CBT-II Shift II?
The Railway Recruitment Board’s rescheduling notice for CEN 03/2024 moved the cancelled Shift II exam, originally held on 22 April 2025, to 4 June 2025. The notice applies to that specific cycle and shift, not to RRB JE exams generally. Official RRB rescheduling notice
When were the city details and e-call letters due?
For the rescheduled exam, the notice said the exam city/date link and travel authority for SC/ST candidates would be available 10 days before the exam. E-call-letter downloads were scheduled to begin four days before the exam date shown in the city/date intimation link. These were the notice’s planned release windows for the 2025 exam, not confirmation that any link remains active.
The schedule excerpt does not give an individual candidate’s venue or reporting time. Candidates should use the relevant RRB notice and their own e-call letter for those details. RRB advised candidates to consult official RRB websites for updates and warned against unauthenticated information. Official RRB rescheduling notice

How does this differ from the later RRB JE cycle?
CEN 05/2025 is a separate recruitment cycle. An official notice dated 21 May 2026 gave 2 July 2026 as its tentative CBT-II date; it did not replace or extend the CEN 03/2024 rescheduling. Official RRB notice for CEN 05/2025 RRB cycle information Official schedule notice
If preparing for a future cycle, check that any CBT-II practice material or previous-question book matches that cycle’s syllabus and edition. The notices do not endorse any particular study resource.
