What is the reported iPhone 16 price?
Digit reports that Flipkart listed the 128 GB iPhone 16 at ₹69,900, with a possible additional ₹3,495 discount for Flipkart Axis Bank card holders. The relevant comparison is the amount payable after offers the specific buyer qualifies for—not a headline price that combines hypothetical discounts. The available reporting does not establish a universally available under-₹50,000 checkout price.
When does the sale begin?
Flipkart says Big Billion Days early access began October 8, 2026, with general access beginning October 9. Axis Bank’s offer page describes a 10% instant discount, capped at ₹17,250, on eligible transactions for select Flipkart products, including credit-card and cardless EMI transactions. It says the offer is valid through October 18, 2026. This does not confirm that the iPhone 16 is eligible, nor that every customer or transaction qualifies. Review the Axis Bank offer terms and the product’s checkout details.
Evaluate exchange separately
An exchange can reduce what you pay, but its value depends on the device you surrender and its eligibility. Treat it as a conditional reduction, not as the phone’s unconditional sale price. Confirm the quoted exchange value and any applicable checks in your own checkout.

Yes, the historical figure is not proof of a 2026 offer. Mint reported that in a prior Big Billion Days promotion the iPhone 16 was listed at ₹51,999 before further bank offers and discounts. That is prior-sale context, not the current year’s price. Mint’s 2025 report
