Roblox has two different kinds of purchase records. For avatar items, virtual items, and passes bought with Robux, use My Transactions → Purchases. For Robux bought with real money, use Currency Purchases—then check the payment provider’s order history if you need a receipt, order number, or billing details.
Quick answer
To view items purchased with Robux, open Roblox My Transactions in a web browser:
- Sign in to the Roblox account involved.
- Click the Robux icon in the upper-right corner.
- Click your displayed Robux balance.
- On My Transactions, open the filter in the upper-left.
- Select Purchases.
This shows Roblox’s account-side history for virtual items and passes bought with Robux. If you want to see when Robux were bought with real money, choose Currency Purchases instead. If you need an order number, dollar amount, or billing record, check the store or payment processor that handled the payment.

First decide which “purchase history” you need
Roblox has several different records. Choosing the wrong one is the most common reason someone thinks their transaction is missing.

Roblox’s own explanation separates item purchases, Robux activity, and payment receipts. My Transactions is an account-side Robux ledger; it is not a bank statement, card statement, or universal archive of every receipt.
How to view items purchased with Robux on a computer or Chromebook
The browser route is Roblox’s official complete-history method and works on Windows, Mac, and Chromebook.
- Open a browser and sign in at Roblox.com using the account where the purchase was made.
- Click the Robux icon near the upper-right corner.
- Click the number showing your current Robux balance.
- Wait for My Transactions to load.
- Open the transaction filter in the upper-left corner.
- Choose Purchases.
The direct address is roblox.com/transactions. If it sends you to the login page, that is expected: the page requires authentication. Sign in and reopen the link if necessary.

How to view Robux purchase and spending history
If you bought Robux with real money, select Currency Purchases rather than Purchases. This is the Roblox-side record of Robux spending or currency activity.
For example, a Robux top-up may appear under Currency Purchases, while an avatar item bought later with those Robux may appear under Purchases. They are separate transaction types.
Use Summary when you want the broadest view of Robux entering and leaving the account. Other current filters may include:
- Premium Stipends for Premium-related monthly Robux deposits;
- Sales of Goods for eligible sales activity;
- Creator Rewards for creator reward activity; and
- Group Payouts for payouts made through groups.
Older guides may call the Robux filter “Current Purchases.” Roblox’s current support wording is Currency Purchases.
How to check Roblox purchase history on an iPhone or Android phone
Roblox’s official help documentation gives the full transaction-filter instructions for a web browser. Its mobile-app instructions focus on checking the Robux balance, and the complete ledger interface may vary by app version, device, or region.

The most dependable method on a phone is therefore a mobile browser:
- Open Safari, Chrome, or another mobile browser.
- Go directly to roblox.com/transactions.
- Sign in to the correct Roblox account.
- If Roblox tries to open the app, select Continue in Browser or return to the browser.
- Follow Robux icon → displayed balance → My Transactions.
- Choose Purchases for items and passes, or Currency Purchases for Robux activity.
If the table or filter is hard to use, open the browser menu and select Request Desktop Website or Desktop site. That is usually easier than trying to force the mobile app to display a complete historical ledger.

Some third-party guides describe a Settings → Account Info → Billing route in the app. That route may be version- or region-dependent, but it is not the universal route confirmed by Roblox’s current “Where are my Robux?” instructions.
Xbox and other console purchases
On Xbox, Roblox’s documented in-app steps are primarily for checking the balance:
- Open Roblox from the Xbox home menu.
- Sign in to the relevant Roblox account.
- Open the Robux menu.
- View the balance shown beside My Balance.
For item history and detailed Roblox filters, sign in to the same account at Roblox.com from a phone or computer and use My Transactions.
If the charge was processed through Microsoft or Xbox, the payment record belongs to that platform. Check Microsoft order history or Xbox’s purchase-history instructions for the order number, amount, and billing details.

My Transactions can help identify Roblox activity, but a receipt normally comes from the company that processed the real-money payment. Use the provider that appears on the bank, card, PayPal, or app-store record.

When contacting Roblox Support, Roblox says the receipt should visibly show the order number, billing address, Roblox product, and purchase amount. Keep the original receipt rather than sending only a bank statement or a cropped image that omits the order details.
Roblox’s payment-method settings are for adding, deleting, or managing saved payment methods; they are not a complete purchase ledger. Roblox accounts also do not expose full card details. Payment providers may retain the billing and transaction information.
Parents: how to monitor a child’s Roblox spending
For ongoing oversight, Roblox’s linked parental controls can provide spending limits and notifications. They are useful alerts, but they are not a guaranteed replacement for the child account’s historical My Transactions record or the payment provider’s receipts.

The parent account must have parent privileges and be linked to the child’s account. The documented path is:
Settings → Parental Controls → select the child account → Spending restrictions
Depending on the selected controls, notifications can cover all transactions or trigger at high-spend thresholds. Roblox documents alerts at $100, $250, and $500 USD, or the local equivalent, followed by a notification for every ten transactions after $500.
For an audit of past activity, sign in to the child’s Roblox account and review the appropriate My Transactions filter. Then compare it with the Apple, Google Play, Microsoft/Xbox, or other provider account that paid for the purchase.

Subscriptions and Roblox Premium
To view an active Roblox subscription, open Settings → Subscriptions. The page can show renewal and expiration information.
Cancellation depends on where the subscription was purchased. Apple and Google Play subscriptions are managed through their respective app stores, not necessarily through Roblox’s website.
There is an important current qualification for Roblox Premium: Roblox says Premium stopped being available for new purchase on April 30, 2026, although existing subscribers may retain it. Existing Premium-related deposits may appear under Premium Stipends.

For an item bought with money that has not appeared, Roblox recommends confirming that you are signed in to the account where the purchase occurred. When contacting Support, provide the username, device, purchase date, product, and receipt. See Roblox’s missing-item guidance.

If you see a charge you do not recognize, preserve the evidence and secure the account before trying to reconstruct what happened.
- Save the transaction date, amount, Roblox username, and provider receipt or order number.
- Change the Roblox password.
- Remove suspicious browser extensions and check the device for malware.
- Review active sessions under the account’s Security settings.
- Enable 2-Step Verification.
- Contact the correct support channel before disputing the charge if Roblox’s instructions require that order.
For credit-card, debit-card, PayPal, and Google Play charges, Roblox asks users to contact Roblox Support before initiating a payment-provider dispute. Apple, Microsoft/Xbox, PlayStation, Meta Quest, Samsung, and Amazon purchases generally require contacting the relevant provider for refunds or payment disputes.
Roblox may ask for the billing name, last four digits of the card, PayPal email address, Google Play purchase number, Roblox username, and dates and amounts of the charges. Do not send a full card number or password.

Does viewing purchase history get a refund?
No. Viewing My Transactions or a store receipt does not itself start a refund request.

Can you delete Roblox purchase history?
Roblox’s cited support materials do not describe a user-controlled option to delete individual entries from My Transactions. Also, deleting an item or not using it does not automatically return the Robux spent on it.
If you need a record for budgeting, a disputed charge, or parental review, save the relevant Roblox entry and the external receipt together. Keep sensitive payment information limited to what Support or the payment provider specifically requests.
