Why the exam is called RAS Mains 2024 but took place in 2025
“2024” identifies the Rajasthan State and Subordinate Services Combined Competitive Examination cycle. The Mains timetable and admit-card events followed in 2025. RPSC’s consolidated exam calendar scheduled the Mains papers for 17–18 June 2025: RPSC consolidated 2025 exam calendar.

For searches and older news reports, “RAS Mains admit card 2025” refers to the same 2024-cycle examination.
What the records say about the admit card
RPSC’s news archive records an exam-district/admit-card-related press note dated 10 June 2025: RPSC news archive. Hindustan Times reported that the admit card was released on 14 June 2025: Hindustan Times report, 14 June 2025. The June 14 date is therefore attributable to that contemporaneous report; the retrieved official archive entry establishes a related notice, not the release date independently.

How RPSC’s admit-card download works
RPSC’s candidate manual describes using the candidate account’s “Get Admit Card” function to download a card as a PDF or print it. The manual says candidates are notified by SMS or email after upload: RPSC candidate manual. The admit-card page displays fields for an application ID, date of birth and captcha: RPSC admit-card page.
Those are general portal instructions and page fields; they do not establish that the 2024-cycle card remains available now. Since this exam has passed, candidates who need a historical card or exam record should consult RPSC’s current notices or contact the commission rather than assume the old download link still works.

RPSC’s syllabus archive lists the 2024 Mains syllabus in English and Hindi, dated 4 December 2024: RPSC syllabus archive. Its previous-question-paper archive lists Papers I, II, III and IV, dated 19 June 2025: RPSC previous-question-paper archive. These official materials are the clearest references for the prescribed syllabus and paper format.
If using a RAS Mains preparation book or Rajasthan general studies guide, check its coverage against the official syllabus, confirm its edition suits the relevant exam cycle, and compare its practice material with the official papers. RPSC’s publication of the syllabus and papers does not imply endorsement of a commercial guide.
