Google Shopping, Honey y Dipper pueden encajar en casos más específicos, pero no son equivalentes: la información disponible sobre ellos es más limitada o procede de sus propios proveedores o de un competidor. Esta guía compara para qué sirve cada opción y qué conviene comprobar antes de confiar en una alerta.
Qué puede y qué no puede decirte un rastreador de precios
Un gráfico de precios ayuda a poner una rebaja en contexto: permite comparar el precio actual con valores anteriores y decidir si merece la pena comprar ahora o esperar. No predice el precio futuro, garantiza que el producto vuelva a bajar ni demuestra por sí solo que el precio actual sea el más bajo posible.
Antes de comparar, comprueba que el historial corresponda al mismo producto, variante y marketplace regional. También conviene distinguir el precio del artículo de otros importes, como el envío, y confirmar que la oferta esté disponible para tu cuenta y ubicación. Ninguna de las fuentes citadas demuestra cobertura uniforme de todos los productos ni entrega instantánea de alertas.
Seis opciones según lo que necesitas
1. Keepa: gráficos de historial y alertas
Keepa es una opción para quien quiere consultar gráficos de historial y configurar avisos de bajada. En su descripción oficial afirma que sigue más de 7.000 millones de productos de Amazon y que ofrece gráficos de historial y alertas: Keepa. Esa cifra describe lo que declara el servicio; no significa que cada producto o mercado tenga datos completos o igual de detallados.

Elige Keepa si el historial visual y la posibilidad de recibir una alerta son prioritarios. Antes de basar una compra en un gráfico, verifica que corresponda a la variante y región que tienes abierta.
2. camelcamelcamel: alternativa con alertas por correo
camelcamelcamel ofrece gráficos de historial, seguimiento de precios y avisos por correo. Su sitio oficial invita a crear seguimientos de productos de Amazon y recibir alertas cuando bajan los precios; también indica que permite consultar el historial de millones de productos. 3. Historial integrado de Amazon: consulta sin recurrir a otro servicio
Amazon ofrece una vista de historial en sus páginas de producto y mediante su asistente. El 13 de mayo de 2026, la compañía cambió el nombre de Rufus a Alexa for Shopping. En una publicación corporativa de 2026, Amazon describió vistas de 30, 90 y 365 días y dijo que más de 50 millones de clientes habían consultado el historial desde su lanzamiento en 2024. Es una cifra publicada por la propia empresa, no una medición independiente.

Es la opción más cómoda si quieres una consulta nativa en Amazon. La compañía presenta la función como una forma de ver precios anteriores, no como garantía de que una compra sea la más barata que habrá en el futuro.

4. Google Shopping: posible comparación con otras tiendas
Google Shopping puede resultar útil si quieres comparar un artículo vendido en Amazon con ofertas de otras tiendas. Sin embargo, la información disponible para esta guía no permitió confirmar en una fuente primaria de Google qué funciones de historial están operativas actualmente ni en qué países o cuentas. Verifica la disponibilidad en tu región antes de depender de esta opción. 5. Honey: complemento para cupones, no sustituto de un historial detallado
Honey se describe como una herramienta relacionada con cupones y seguimiento limitado, por lo que puede complementar —pero no reemplazar— un rastreador centrado en gráficos históricos detallados. Esta caracterización procede de Dipper, un proveedor que compite en el mismo espacio; tómala con esa cautela y comprueba las funciones actuales de Honey antes de instalarla o usarla. 6. Dipper: seguimiento entre tiendas
Dipper puede interesar si buscas seguir precios en varias tiendas y no solo en Amazon. La descripción disponible proviene del propio proveedor, así que conviene confirmar directamente qué tiendas, regiones y funciones admite hoy. Es un ajuste parcial para este tema: su propuesta multitienda puede servir para comparar, pero no lo convierte en la mejor opción para quien solo busca un gráfico histórico de Amazon. Un método práctico para evaluar una oferta
- Abre el mismo producto y variante. Confirma modelo, tamaño, color u otras opciones y revisa que el marketplace regional coincida con el de tu compra.
- Consulta el historial disponible. Usa el gráfico de Keepa o camelcamelcamel, o la vista de Amazon si está habilitada en tu mercado. Comprueba el periodo mostrado y qué precio representa.
- Compara el precio total. Revisa envío y condiciones de la oferta, no solo el importe destacado en la página.
- Decide si esperar tiene sentido. Si el precio actual no te convence, establece un umbral de alerta cuando el servicio elegido lo permita. Un aviso puede ayudarte a revisar más tarde, pero no asegura que el precio alcance ese umbral.
- Vuelve a verificar antes de pagar. Confirma precio, disponibilidad y vendedor en la página de compra; el historial no sustituye la comprobación de la oferta vigente.
Qué significan las estadísticas de Amazon
Amazon afirmó en 2026 que el cliente promedio consulta el historial tres veces al mes. La cifra describe el uso que reporta la empresa, no una frecuencia que cada comprador necesite seguir. Para el lector, lo importante es usar el historial cuando aporte contexto a una decisión, no tratar el número de consultas como una meta.
La lista no es un ranking de seis herramientas probadas ni una comparación independiente de ahorro. Las fuentes disponibles respaldan con más claridad Keepa, camelcamelcamel y la función de Amazon; las otras tres opciones tienen límites de verificación o encajan mejor como complementos multitienda o de cupones.
