TODAY’s 2026 awards page separately names Maybelline Serum Lipstick its best-value lipstick and describes a tester’s positive impression of its pigment and glide, while noting that it can settle into lines. TODAY lists a 0.12-ounce size and 12 shades and attributes an up-to-eight-hour lip-plumping-moisture statement to the brand. Which drugstore lipstick is best for dry lips?
Start with the texture you find comfortable, rather than assuming an ingredient list guarantees a particular result.
