It is worth shortlisting if you want an industry-specific all-in-one system, but request a written quote and test performance, integrations, data export, and support before signing.
What is YourDigitalLift?
YourDigitalLift is a fitness-business operations platform. Its core product is designed to run gym, studio, Pilates, personal-training, and wellness operations through one dashboard. The company describes tools for memberships, billing, attendance, renewals, enquiries, follow-ups, staff, expenses, reports, workouts, and member engagement on its gym-management overview.
The company also separately advertises digital-marketing services. Do not assume marketing retainers, software access, branded apps, or integrations are all included in one package; have the quoted plan spell out each item.
Some online coverage characterizes YourDigitalLift mainly as a marketing consultancy. That conflicts with the current product pages and software-directory listing, which identify it chiefly as gym-management software. Treat the agency service as a separate offering unless your contract says otherwise.

Techjockey’s visible feedback includes both highly positive reviews and at least one strongly negative account. Averages therefore conceal variation in onboarding, reliability, and support. Features buyers should evaluate
Administration, memberships, and sales
- Member records, packages, renewals, expiry tracking, invoices, collections, and attendance.
- Enquiry capture, lead pipelines, follow-up scheduling, QR-based forms, and location support.
- Studio tools advertised for bookings, cancellations, waiting lists, reminders, and reports on the studio-management page.
Staff and financial controls
- Role-based access, staff attendance and shifts, trainer targets, performance tracking, payroll, salary slips, and expenses.
- Collections, profit-and-loss, and other operational reports. The vendor says the platform includes more than 100 business reports; confirm the number and availability for your plan.
Coaching and member engagement
- Workout and diet plans, exercise logging, progress and body-measurement tracking, BMI and BMR calculations, personal-record analysis, water and habit tracking, challenges, referrals, offers, notifications, and community features.
- The branded member-app page advertises a database of more than 12,000 foods and more than 2,500 exercise GIFs. Those are vendor-stated inventory figures, not an independent quality assessment.
Apps and integrations
- Branded iOS and Android member apps plus a coach or trainer app; see the personal-trainer app page.
- Razorpay, PhonePe, and Stripe payment integrations are advertised, along with Apple HealthKit and Google Fit step syncing, subject to permissions and platform limits.
- WhatsApp features are advertised, but confirm whether the connection is native, what messages can be automated, and whether extra charges apply.
Pricing and the real cost
The official gym-management page currently advertises a starting price of ₹699 per month, described as approximately US$8 per month: official product pricing signal. The pricing page uses a lead form rather than publishing a complete plan matrix, so ₹699 should not be treated as the universal price for every feature or business.

Ask for a written quote covering:
- Locations, members, staff, trainers, and any usage limits.
- Branded-app setup, app-store publication, onboarding, training, and data migration.
- Payment-processing, WhatsApp or messaging, BCA, hardware, and marketing charges.
- Contract term, cancellation, refunds, support response times, uptime commitments, and data export.
The company promotes a free demo and says its homepage offers free onboarding and setup in 24 hours. Its terms refer to possible trial plans that may be changed or cancelled, so confirm current eligibility and conditions directly before relying on a trial.

- Simulate peak use: have several staff log in, check attendance, post a payment, find a renewal, generate a report, and sync the member app at the same time.
- Run a sample migration: import members, expiry dates, payment and attendance history, trainer assignments, and balances. Check field mapping, duplicates, errors, and your right to retain a copy.
