Turnover reached €96,566,244, a 39% increase. The company’s results reflected both more services provided to parent company Zoom and growth in sales to other customers—not Zoom business alone. Irish Examiner reported the figures from filed financial results.
How much profit and turnover did Workvivo report?
The Cork-headquartered subsidiary’s net profit rose by about 53%, from €16.9m in the prior year to €25,866,283 for the year ended January 2026. Its turnover was €96,566,244, up 39% on the 2025 performance, according to the Irish Examiner’s account of the filed results.
These are different measures: turnover is revenue, while net profit is what remained after costs. The 39% turnover increase therefore does not mean profit rose by 39%.
What drove the increase?
The reported figures point to two sources of growth: further services to Zoom and continued business with external customers. They do not establish that the entire rise in profit came from Zoom.

More services to parent company Zoom
Intercompany turnover increased by €23.79m as Workvivo provided further services to its parent, Zoom. The company’s financial statement, quoted by Irish Examiner, said performance reflected “the uplift in services provided to the parent company (Zoom) and continued acquisition of major global enterprise customers”. It also cited sustained product-development investment.
Growth in third-party business
Turnover from third parties increased by 12%. The US was reported as Workvivo’s strongest market, worth €76m. That figure is a market contribution reported by Irish Examiner, not a separate profit figure.

Costs also rose
Average employment increased to 230 from 165, and payroll costs reached €39.9m. Higher headcount costs and increased cost of sales—mainly data-centre costs—partly offset the profit growth, Irish Examiner reported.
How to interpret the figures alongside Workvivo’s ARR announcement
In August 2026, Workvivo announced that it had surpassed $100 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR), saying the milestone had been disclosed during Zoom Communications’ Q2 FY27 earnings call on 25 August. Workvivo’s announcement describes a company-level ARR milestone; it is not the same measure as Workvivo Ltd’s Irish turnover of €96.6m. The figures use different currencies and measure different things, so they should not be treated as directly comparable.

Workvivo’s Cork roots and Zoom ownership
Workvivo says it was founded in Cork in 2017 by CEO John Goulding and CTO Joe Lennon. Zoom acquired the business in April 2023, according to Workvivo’s company history. Irish Examiner reports the deal value as €250m and says Workvivo moved its Cork headquarters to City Quarter, Lapps Quay, in February 2024.
In September 2024, Workvivo announced a Cork hub and a plan to create 100 Irish jobs over three years with IDA Ireland support. That was an announced target; the announcement does not establish how many of those roles were ultimately filled. The company’s announcement also quoted Goulding describing plans to grow the product and add features for employee engagement, culture and communications.
