If a Ufone or Telenor Myco discount is missing, first check whether the offer is still valid. Ufone’s announced MyCO English Premier League (EPL) promotion was scheduled to run only through May 2026, so it may no longer be available. The official Telenor offers FAQ reviewed here does not confirm a Myco-specific discount. Check for a newer offer in the relevant carrier app or with support before paying.
Is the Ufone Myco discount still available?
Ufone announced a MyCO EPL promotion on December 8, 2025. It listed weekly streaming for PKR 100, monthly streaming for PKR 300, and 15 free EPL streaming days with a promo code. Ufone said the partnership would run through May 2026; the announcement does not establish that the offer was extended. See Ufone’s announcement for the original terms.
Because that stated period has passed, an absent banner, price, or code may simply mean the promotion has ended. The announcement does not specify the exact end date in May, whether codes issued earlier had a later expiry, or whether a replacement promotion exists. Look for a current official notice rather than assuming the old offer remains redeemable.
What to check if a Ufone offer or code is missing
1. Look in the UPTCL app
Ufone said customers could reach the promotion through a dedicated banner in the UPTCL app. Ufone’s general UPTCL App FAQ also says users can inspect offers by opening UShop, choosing Offers/Bundles, and selecting “View Details.” That FAQ explains how to inspect offers generally; it does not confirm that a Myco promotion is currently available or that every account is eligible.
2. Check the promo-code terms and account
The original announcement says the 15 free days required a promo code but does not publish the code text, its expiry mechanics, the checkout screen that accepts it, or any account-level restrictions. If you have a code, check its accompanying instructions and the Myco account you are signed into. Don’t assume that recharging a Ufone number will restore an expired promotion.
3. Contact Myco about app or code issues
If the offer is confirmed as current but the code field or redemption flow is not working, contact Myco at [email protected], listed on its app-store page. Include the offer description, your Myco account identifier, device model, a screenshot of the error, and a payment receipt if relevant. Do not send your password or full payment-card credentials.

Does Telenor have a Myco discount?
The reviewed Telenor Pakistan offers FAQ does not confirm a Myco-specific deal or Myco eligibility. That does not rule out a later promotion, but it is not evidence that one is currently active. Check My Telenor or ask Telenor support for a current, explicit Myco offer before buying a bundle; a Telenor bundle should not be treated as a workaround for a missing Myco discount.
For a Telenor offer activation or balance-deduction complaint, Telenor’s general guidance is to lodge a complaint in the My Telenor app. Its listed phone options are 345 or UAN 042111345100. These are carrier support routes for billing or activation issues, not confirmation of Myco eligibility.

Current Myco EPL plans are separate from the old Ufone promotion
Myco lists direct EPL subscriptions for the August 2026–May 2027 season on its Premier League subscription page. The listed monthly prices and device limits are:

These are current direct-plan listings, not proof that Ufone extended its previous carrier deal. Prices and terms can change, so verify the amount, included content, device limit, renewal and cancellation conditions, and payment period at checkout. Myco’s Premium Pass is an entertainment plan that explicitly excludes EPL, so it is not an alternative EPL subscription.

Ufone’s online-recharge page advertises its own cashback offer, but does not say that cashback applies to Myco subscriptions.
