What will Sandisk’s stock price be by the end of 2026? Sandisk’s latest company disclosures do not provide a defensible year-end price target, and the available facts do not support a precise independent forecast. The clearest way to assess SNDK is to track its near-term results, the execution of customer agreements and NAND-market conditions—not to treat management’s longer-term targets as a share-price prediction.
What Sandisk has reported and guided
Sandisk reported $20.248 billion in revenue for fiscal 2026, which ended July 3, 2026. In its August 5, 2026 results release, the company guided to fiscal Q1 2027 revenue of $10.30 billion to $10.80 billion and non-GAAP diluted earnings per share of $44.00 to $46.00. That is management guidance, not a promise, and non-GAAP EPS is not interchangeable with GAAP EPS. Sandisk’s fiscal Q4 2026 results release
Those figures inform the operating outlook, but they do not determine a December 2026 share price. A stock forecast also requires a dated share price, a view of future earnings or cash flow, share-count assumptions and a valuation method. The cited company releases do not establish those inputs or state a specific SNDK target for year-end 2026.
What could shape SNDK through the end of 2026
NAND demand and pricing
Sandisk’s results are exposed to changes in NAND demand and average selling prices. Stronger demand or pricing could support revenue and margins; weaker conditions could pressure them. The company lists demand volatility and average selling-price trends among the factors that can cause actual results to differ from expectations. Sandisk’s fiscal Q4 2026 results release

Customer agreements and conversion to cash flow
At its August 13, 2026 Investor Day, Sandisk said agreements under its New Business Model with eight customers represented approximately 50% of FY2027 bits and approximately two-thirds of FY2028 bits. The company describes the agreements as including committed volumes, contractual minimum financial guarantees and structured pricing, which it expects to improve demand and cash-flow visibility. The reported bit shares are not the same as guaranteed revenue or profit: customer shipments, pricing, costs and timing still matter. Sandisk’s 2026 Investor Day release
Product transitions and execution
Sandisk says its roadmap includes BiCS9 QLC and BiCS10 QLC, and claims BiCS10 QLC delivers a 60% increase in bit density compared with BiCS8. That is a company-reported technical comparison, not proof of customer adoption, market share or profitability. Product transitions and manufacturing ramps must go smoothly for technical advances to translate into financial results. The company identifies transition timing, product ramps and manufacturing or supply-chain disruptions as risks. Sandisk’s 2026 Investor Day release Sandisk’s fiscal Q4 2026 results release

Valuation and market expectations
Even if Sandisk’s business performs well, the share price depends on what investors already expect and how they value future earnings or cash flow. A valuation based on cyclical near-term earnings may respond differently from one that assumes durable growth. The releases provide company operating expectations, but they do not supply the market price and valuation assumptions needed to turn those expectations into a year-end target.
How to read Sandisk’s longer-term financial framework
For FY2028–FY2030, Sandisk’s Investor Day framework assumes mid-to-high-teens revenue growth, approximately 80% non-GAAP gross margins, approximately 75% non-GAAP operating margins and approximately 50% adjusted free-cash-flow margin. These are company assumptions for a longer-term period, not established outcomes or a forecast for December 2026. Sandisk cautions that the targets rely on estimates and assumptions and should not be treated as necessarily indicative of future results. Sandisk’s 2026 Investor Day release

The company links its opportunity to data-intensive AI workloads and storage needs. It estimates that the total available market for enterprise data-center flash could reach 1.2 zettabytes by 2030. That is Sandisk’s market estimate, not an independently verified measurement, and a large addressable market does not by itself establish Sandisk’s eventual sales or earnings.

- Compare reported results with the Q1 FY2027 revenue and non-GAAP EPS guidance, keeping the accounting basis and fiscal period clear.
- Look for evidence that New Business Model commitments become shipments and cash flow, rather than assuming the reported bit coverage guarantees financial results.
- Track NAND demand and pricing alongside execution of technology transitions, manufacturing ramps and supply-chain plans.
- Consider how customer deployment timing, customer changes or consolidation, competition and Sandisk’s reliance on Kioxia could affect results.
- Use a valuation approach that states its share-price date, earnings or cash-flow assumptions, share count and valuation method; do not infer a target from long-range margin goals alone.
These are material risks identified in Sandisk’s earnings and Investor Day releases. They are reasons actual results can diverge from management expectations, not a basis for assigning a numerical probability to any share-price outcome.
