Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →If a Myco live stream keeps loading on Ufone or Telenor mobile data, first check whether other apps also struggle on that same connection. Then try Myco over Wi‑Fi, if available. Those two comparisons help narrow down whether to focus on cellular signal, data availability or Myco playback—but they do not prove the cause. Work through the checks below before assuming either the carrier or Myco is responsible.
First, find out whether the problem is Myco or mobile data
- Test another service on the same cellular connection. Turn Wi‑Fi off and load a basic webpage or try another video service. Note whether it loads normally, stalls or fails.
- Test Myco over Wi‑Fi, if you can. If Myco works on Wi‑Fi but several services struggle on cellular data, investigate the mobile connection. If other services work on mobile data but Myco buffers on both connections, Myco playback or a Myco-side issue becomes more plausible.
- Compare the results, rather than treating them as a diagnosis. These tests narrow down where to look, but do not establish a definite cause. Network congestion, coverage, data availability, handset connectivity and app problems can overlap.
Myco’s developer response says streaming quality is often affected by internet speed and stability and recommends trying a stronger connection (Myco on the Pakistan App Store). That is general guidance, not evidence that Ufone or Telenor is at fault in a particular case.
If several apps buffer on Ufone or Telenor
Check signal, network indicator and location
Turn Wi‑Fi off briefly so you can see the cellular indicator. Check whether the phone reports 4G or 3G, then try Myco from a different spot—outdoors or somewhere with a stronger signal, if possible. A change in location or time can change the result, so compare under the conditions in which you usually watch.
Check your remaining data and bundle terms
Confirm that your bundle still has data. Telenor says speed can depend on factors including the handset, the accessed URL, busy-hour load, provider and location; it also warns that standard-rate charging may begin once a bundle is exhausted. Check your operator’s current balance and package terms rather than relying on an old offer page (Telenor EasyCard information).

Refresh the cellular connection
- Turn mobile data off, wait briefly, then turn it back on and retry the stream.
- If that does not help, turn airplane mode on for about 10 seconds, turn it off, and test again.
- Restart the phone if the connection still behaves unusually.
These are general Android connection checks, not Myco-specific fixes; menu labels and settings vary by device (Google’s Android internet connection troubleshooting). If the problem persists across multiple apps and locations, contact your carrier through its current official support route. Ufone lists helpline 333, WhatsApp/UAN 033-11-333-100 and [email protected] (Ufone contact details).
If Myco is the only app that buffers
- Install an available update for Myco, then close and reopen the app.
- Restart the phone and try the same stream again.
- If you use Android, you can try clearing Myco’s cache through the phone’s app settings. The exact path varies by handset; clearing cache is a general troubleshooting step, not a Myco-specific instruction.
- If Myco visibly offers a playback-quality control, try a lower setting. Do not assume the control is available: the reviewed sources do not establish that Myco has a manual quality selector or publish a minimum Mbps requirement.
Google’s app-playback guidance is generic rather than specific to Myco (Google Play help for playback issues). Google also notes that higher video quality uses more data and may buffer more often in its YouTube guidance; that does not confirm how Myco handles quality (YouTube video quality guidance).

If the issue continues, email Myco at [email protected]. Include your phone model, operating-system version, whether you were using Ufone, Telenor or Wi‑Fi, and a screen recording showing what happens. Myco’s Google Play listing includes notes about performance, load-time and stability improvements, but individual user reviews do not establish a widespread or current outage (Myco on Google Play).

nPerf’s Pakistan report measured mobile internet from January 1 through December 31, 2025. It reports streaming-performance averages of 65.70% for Ufone and 53.74% for Telenor under that report’s methodology (nPerf Pakistan mobile internet report; 2025 report PDF). These are historical aggregate results, not a live reading, local coverage map or promise of what one viewer will experience. The report’s busy-hour and idle-time results also differ, illustrating why national figures cannot explain buffering at a particular place or time.

For your own comparison, use the same phone and location where possible, and note the time, cellular indicator, bundle status, whether other apps work and whether Myco works on Wi‑Fi. Check current local coverage and package details with the operators; an annual national result cannot replace those checks.
