The most identifiable article using this headline is a paid promotion for Brilliant Markets AI App. It reports extraordinary short-term gains, but supplies no brokerage statements, trade ledger, audited performance, regulatory registration, or independently confirmed withdrawal records. Treat the figures as unverified marketing claims, not demonstrated investment results.
What the promotion says happened
TechBullion published substantially similar pages on May 31 and June 3, 2025. Both present Brilliant Markets AI App as an automated system that analyzes markets and trades for users. The pages describe activity involving “currencies, bonds, and equities,” an account-manager call after registration, a minimum deposit, automated trading and rapid withdrawals. They also identify the material as advertising.
The two versions do not tell the same story:
| Version | Claim reported on the page | What is missing |
|---|---|---|
| May 31, 2025 page | $27,400.15 profit in 30 days; a signal success rate of up to 92% in the article’s wording | Account statements, trade-by-trade results, broker identity, custody details and an audit |
| June 3, 2025 page | A $250 CAD deposit allegedly reached $11,394.28 CAD after four weeks; the article describes roughly 70–80% profitable trades and an 8% commission on profits | A verifiable contract, complete fee schedule, independently observed withdrawal and evidence that the displayed balance represented real, withdrawable assets |
Those conflicting amounts, currencies, testing periods and success-rate descriptions undermine the idea that this was a stable, reproducible experiment.
Why the numbers do not prove performance
If both figures in the second version were genuine and comparable, $250 CAD becoming $11,394.28 CAD would be a 45.6-times balance and approximately a 4,458% gain before fees. That is a calculation of the promotion’s stated numbers—not confirmation that the money existed or could be withdrawn.

A dashboard balance can represent unrealized gains, leverage, promotional credit, a simulated account or a fabricated display. Even a successful small withdrawal would not establish that a larger balance came from market trades or that the result could be repeated. The second page’s account of an approximately $11,000 PayPal withdrawal is a narrative assertion on an advertorial page, not confirmation from a bank, payment provider, regulator or auditor.
The other page’s claimed $27,400.15 profit is likewise not independently documented. A win percentage is not the same as profitability: a strategy can win many small trades and lose money on a few large ones. Costs, spreads, slippage, financing, taxes, leverage and losses must be included before a return has meaning.
What the “experiment” does not establish
- Account: It does not identify a regulated brokerage account, account owner or custodian.
- Trades: It provides no tickers, exchanges, order types, timestamps, execution prices, position sizes or complete transaction history.
- Risk: It does not disclose leverage, derivatives, drawdown, concentration, stop rules or what happened during losing positions.
- Business identity: It does not give a verifiable legal entity, broker, clearing firm, registration number or investor-protection regime.
- Fees: The 8% profit-commission claim is not accompanied by contractual terms covering spreads, commissions, financing, deposits or withdrawals.
- Method: There is no pre-defined strategy, benchmark, control account, tax treatment or independent observation.
- Withdrawal: There is no independently verified record showing that the claimed balance was returned without conditions.
Without those details, a reader cannot replicate the test, assess its risk or distinguish a real investment result from a sales presentation.

Red flags in the pitch
Extraordinary returns from a small deposit
Thousands of dollars of alleged profit in about one month, starting from $250 CAD in one version, is an extraordinary claim. The SEC, NASAA and FINRA identify promises of high or consistent returns with little risk as classic investment-fraud warnings. Their joint alert is at Investor.gov.
“AI” without a testable explanation
The promotion invokes machine learning, real-time analysis and thousands of signals but does not describe the model, validation period, failure rate, drawdowns or independent audit. AI is a method, not a regulator or a guarantee. Regulators warn that AI-generated information can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or fabricated.
Urgency and scarcity
Claims that registration may close, access is limited or readers must act quickly encourage decisions before verification. The SEC lists pressure to act now and fear of missing out among common warning signs in its investor-fraud guidance.
Rank #3
Account-manager calls and a minimum deposit
A call after signup may be support, a sales funnel or an attempt to obtain more information or persuade a larger deposit; it is not evidence of legitimacy. A $250 CAD activation requirement is a funding threshold, not proof of a regulated investment service. Do not provide a caller with your brokerage password, one-time code, Social Security number or remote access to your device.
A disclaimer is not verification
The page says the app is not a broker or financial adviser and that users are responsible for their decisions. That language neither validates the performance claims nor establishes who holds customer money.
What a legitimate automated service should disclose
Before considering any automated investing product, you should be able to identify:
Rank #4
- the legal company and its registration in your jurisdiction;
- whether it is a broker, investment adviser, robo-adviser, signal provider or software vendor;
- the regulated custodian holding client assets;
- the investment universe, strategy, leverage and material limitations;
- all commissions, spreads, subscription charges, financing costs and withdrawal rules;
- how conflicts, complaints, account closure and data sharing are handled;
- the investor-protection scheme that applies; and
- independently reproducible performance showing gross and net returns, drawdowns and an appropriate benchmark.
FINRA’s guidance on automated investment tools says investors should understand assumptions, fees, compensation, information collected, termination procedures and suitability limits. Automated tools may not account for taxes, other holdings, liquidity needs, risk tolerance, time horizon or changing goals. FINRA separately warned on July 29, 2025 about unregistered auto-trading services marketed as risk-free, consistently profitable or AI-enhanced: FINRA’s alert.
How a real test would be run
- Define the rules first: State the instruments, position limits, leverage, rebalance schedule, entry and exit rules and test dates before trading.
- Use regulated custody: Open a real-money account with an identifiable, regulated broker; keep deposits and withdrawals visible in the account and bank records.
- Preserve every order: Record timestamps, requested and executed prices, quantities, fees, spreads, financing and rejected orders.
- Report the whole distribution: Publish gross and net return, volatility, maximum drawdown, losing periods, taxes and the effect of deposits or withdrawals.
- Use a benchmark: Compare the result with an appropriate diversified benchmark and a cash alternative over the same period.
- Test different conditions: A short, favorable market period cannot establish long-term reliability; the test needs enough time to include varied market regimes.
- Verify independently: Have statements or a third party confirm the account, ownership, transactions and cash movements.
AI tools that are safer to use
AI can be useful when it is bounded and the money remains in a transparent, regulated account. Reasonable uses include categorizing a budget, analyzing cash flow, explaining financial terminology, drafting questions for an adviser, summarizing a filing followed by source checking, and setting rebalancing reminders through a regulated provider.
That is different from granting an unknown platform unrestricted trading authority. Automation can reduce emotional decisions and simplify rebalancing, but it can also hide assumptions, increase turnover, create tax and execution costs, or fail during a market shock. Passive diversified investing is less exciting but easier to benchmark. Human advice costs more, yet can address debt, taxes, insurance, retirement and estate planning that a trading tool may ignore.

Check a platform before depositing
- Search the company and named professionals through Investor.gov and your local regulator’s register.
- Confirm the exact legal entity, domain, broker and custodian separately from the app’s marketing name.
- Read the terms, privacy policy, fee schedule, leverage disclosure and withdrawal rules; save copies.
- Do not rely on testimonials, screenshots, celebrity references or AI-generated explanations.
- Never send money to an individual, an unrelated company or a crypto wallet to “unlock” profits.
- Ask whether a small withdrawal can be made without a tax, release, verification, anti-money-laundering or security payment. A successful small withdrawal still does not prove long-term legitimacy.
- Use a unique password and separate email address, and refuse requests for passwords, one-time codes or remote device access.
If a platform blocks your withdrawal
Fraudulent investment sites can display fictitious profits and then demand a fee, tax or additional deposit before releasing funds. The SEC describes this pattern in its gateway-to-investment-scams alert. Do not pay another amount to recover a displayed balance. Contact your bank or card issuer immediately, preserve messages, receipts, wallet addresses and account screens, and report suspected fraud to the SEC, FINRA, the FTC and the relevant state or provincial regulator.
Bottom line
The Brilliant Markets promotion documents a sales story, not a verifiable wealth-building experiment. Its conflicting claims, extraordinary returns, urgency, unclear custody and absent trade records mean the pages cannot establish real, repeatable or withdrawable profits. AI may help organize financial information or automate a regulated portfolio, but a promise of fast wealth is a reason to verify more carefully—not to deposit.
