GameStop’s 2025 sale reportedly priced physical console editions at $35, down from $69.99, but the sale ended. EA’s current $34.99 display is for the Windows version on the EA app; it does not confirm a matching console discount.
What the 50% Battlefield 6 deal covered
Windows Central reported that GameStop’s 2025 Black Friday sale offered physical Battlefield 6 editions for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S at $35, compared with a $69.99 reference price. The report says the sale had ended. GamesRadar also listed a $35 Amazon price during Black Friday 2025, but that is historical reporting, not evidence of current stock or pricing.
In a December 1, 2025 update, Windows Central reported an Amazon price of $49.99. That later figure was still below the $69.99 reference price, but it was not the same $35 promotion. Windows Central’s deal report and GamesRadar’s 2025 Xbox deal coverage document those past prices.
Is Battlefield 6 50% off on PS5 or Xbox now?
The available evidence does not verify a 50%-off offer on either console storefront on October 4, 2026. EA’s buy page displays Battlefield 6 at $34.99, 50% off its $69.99 reference price, for the EA app on Windows. Although the page links to PlayStation Store and Xbox Store, the Windows price alone does not establish what either console store charges.

The US PlayStation Store listing records a separate $34.99 offer, down from $69.99, that required PlayStation Plus and ended July 15, 2026. It has expired. The available sources do not establish a corresponding Xbox console offer.
Check the full cost before buying
For a console purchase, check the listing on your own platform and compare the actual edition and format. A physical disc sold by a retailer is not the same purchase as a digital license from a console store, and retailer stock and checkout prices can change. Before paying, confirm:

Platforms, editions, and online requirements
EA lists Battlefield 6 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Its launch announcement gave reference prices of $69.99 for Standard Edition and $99.99 for Phantom Edition; those are launch prices, not a guarantee of current pricing. See EA’s announcement for platform and edition details.
EA’s purchase terms say console online features require internet access and may require EA and platform accounts, along with acceptance of EA’s terms. For PC, EA specifies a persistent internet connection and an EA account.
