TD SYNNEX launched AI Game Plan in December 2025 as a workshop for channel partners helping enterprise and mid-market customers adopt artificial intelligence. The workshop uses discovery, scoring and activation to identify practical opportunities, then produces a shortlist of two or three high-value initiatives and a tailored 90-day implementation roadmap.

What is TD SYNNEX AI Game Plan?

AI Game Plan is a named TD SYNNEX partner service, not a consumer AI application. It is positioned as a value-added workshop within the company’s broader Destination AI enablement framework.

The purpose is to help partners move customer conversations from general interest in AI to a small number of initiatives that can be evaluated and acted on. Sergio Farache, TD SYNNEX’s chief strategy and technology officer, said the challenge is “prioritizing and defining where to use it within the business and how to maximise the return on these investments.”

How the workshop works

The reported process has three phases. Each phase narrows the discussion from business needs to an actionable starting plan.

1. Discovery

The partner and customer identify organizational pain points, operational priorities and possible AI use cases. This stage is intended to connect AI ideas to the customer’s actual business rather than begin with a particular tool or model.

2. Scoring

Potential use cases are assessed against three stated criteria:

  • Feasibility: whether the organization has the data, systems, skills and practical conditions to pursue the idea.
  • Impact: the potential business value if the use case succeeds.
  • Strategic alignment: how closely the idea supports the customer’s wider objectives.

3. Activation

The workshop concludes by selecting the opportunities that best balance those criteria and turning them into an initial execution plan.

What does the workshop produce?

According to ChannelPro’s 17 December 2025 report, the stated outputs are:

  • A prioritized shortlist of two or three high-value AI initiatives.
  • A customer-specific 90-day implementation roadmap.

The roadmap gives the partner and customer a defined near-term horizon. It should not be read as a guarantee that an initiative will be fully deployed in 90 days; the available description identifies it as an implementation roadmap, not a promised completion date or service-level commitment.

Where it fits in Destination AI

Destination AI is TD SYNNEX’s AI enablement framework for partners. The launch coverage identifies AI Ready and AI Expert as the tiers most relevant to AI Game Plan because partners in those tiers are already focused on finding and developing AI opportunities.

The workshop is therefore best understood as a structured engagement tool inside the framework, rather than a separate partner certification or a standalone software product.

Who is the workshop for?

AI Game Plan is designed for TD SYNNEX channel partners that are guiding enterprise and mid-market customers through AI decisions. The reporting specifically says it is best suited to partners operating in the AI Ready or AI Expert tiers.

That wording describes the intended fit, not a published statement that all other partners are barred. TD SYNNEX’s public launch coverage does not establish a complete eligibility rule, application process, geographic availability or pricing.

Why TD SYNNEX says this approach matters

AI projects often stall when organizations collect ideas without deciding which ones are realistic, valuable and aligned with strategy. AI Game Plan addresses that problem by imposing a repeatable sequence: discover needs, compare opportunities and activate a short list.

Farache described the goal as enabling partners to deliver “repeatable, outcome-oriented AI engagements” that help customers move “beyond curiosity to real results.” Marty Mackey of TD SYNNEX partner CMA Technology Solutions said the structure makes it easier to tailor use cases to each customer and focus on the opportunities that matter most.

What the launch does—and does not—establish

Question What is established
Is it a product for consumers? No. It is a workshop for channel partners and their business customers.
What process does it use? Discovery, scoring and activation.
How are ideas scored? Feasibility, impact and strategic alignment.
What are the stated outputs? Two or three prioritized initiatives and a 90-day roadmap.
Which partner tiers are the best fit? AI Ready and AI Expert, according to the launch coverage.
What are the price, region and registration steps? Not stated in the reported launch.
Does TD SYNNEX provide implementation after the workshop? Not established by the reported description.

What customers should ask a participating partner

  • Which business stakeholders and data sources will be included in discovery?
  • How will feasibility, impact and strategic alignment be scored and documented?
  • What assumptions support the two or three recommended initiatives?
  • Which milestones, owners and dependencies appear in the 90-day roadmap?
  • What implementation, governance, security and change-management work falls outside the workshop?
  • What are the engagement’s price, location, timeline and follow-on support terms?

The Bottom Line

TD SYNNEX AI Game Plan is a structured partner workshop for turning broad AI interest into two or three prioritized initiatives and a tailored 90-day roadmap. Its documented focus is decision-making and activation; pricing, availability and post-workshop delivery terms require confirmation from TD SYNNEX or the participating partner.
