What the November 24–30 event offered
In a 2022 promotional email, Shoppers Drug Mart described the campaign as “Our Biggest Bonus Redemption Event of the Year.” That is the retailer’s marketing language, not an independently verified comparison. The offer added redemption value according to how many PC Optimum points a customer spent in one transaction.

When it ran online and in stores

What the 2022 terms excluded
Points had to be redeemed in a single transaction. Shoppers Drug Mart’s 2022 email excluded tobacco, lottery tickets, alcohol, gift cards, prepaid cards, transit and event tickets, post-office transactions, passport photos, cash back, delivery charges, non-participating third-party operations, and other provincially regulated products or transactions as determined by the retailer. Read the archived offer terms.
Those restrictions describe that specific promotion. Anyone considering a later event should read its current terms rather than assume the 2022 exclusions or eligibility rules still apply.
