Shake Shack is offering one free promotional sandwich during each of three October 2026 date windows when you spend at least $10 on qualifying food or drinks, excluding the free sandwich. Order at a participating U.S. location through a Shake Shack kiosk, app or website, and enter SCARYGOOD in all caps. The offer is not valid at every location or through every ordering channel.

The Chicken Shack is described as hand-breaded white-meat chicken breast with lettuce, pickles and buttermilk herb mayo on a toasted potato bun. The Single Cheeseburger is made-to-order 100% Angus beef with American cheese on a toasted potato bun. The Single ShackBurger has 100% Angus beef, American cheese, lettuce, tomato and ShackSauce.
How to redeem the offer
- Choose a participating U.S. Shake Shack and place your order at an in-Shack kiosk, through the Shake Shack mobile app, or on its website for pickup or delivery.
- Add the applicable promotional sandwich for the current date window to your cart.
- Add at least $10 in other qualifying food or beverage items. The free sandwich does not count toward the minimum.
- Enter SCARYGOOD in all caps before checkout and confirm the discount appears in your order.
The promotion does not apply to drive-thru orders or third-party delivery apps.
Locations and costs the offer excludes
The deal is limited to participating U.S. locations. Shake Shack excludes airports, stadiums, arenas, travel plazas and museums, so check that the ordering location accepts the code before relying on the discount.

- Taxes and fees still apply to the order; the discount does not cover them.
- Paid add-ons, including avocado and bacon, are excluded from the free sandwich.

How much can you save?
Shake Shack says the maximum savings equal the promotional sandwich’s price, which ranges from $8.29 to $10.49, according to the company’s October 2026 promotion. Your actual savings depend on the sandwich and location; the offer does not waive taxes or fees.
