Local reporting put the closing-sale discount at 20–40%, but did not give either Central Ohio store a final closing date. Check directly with a store before making a trip; inventory, sale terms and operating status may differ by location.
Is Scrubs & Beyond closing all its stores?
Yes. FOX Business reported on September 11, 2026, that Scrubs & Beyond was shutting all its brick-and-mortar stores. The company website notice, as transcribed by FOX Business, read “All Retail Stores Closing.” The report said the retailer had more than 100 locations across 30 states. NJBIZ also reported on September 15, 2026, that the full fleet of more than 100 stores was closing.
These reports concern physical retail locations nationwide. They do not establish a date when every store will stop trading.
Which Columbus-area stores are closing?
614NOW reported that both of these Central Ohio locations are included in the closures. Scrubs & Beyond’s locator lists the same addresses:
#1 Best Overall
- Easton Square S/C: 3864 Morse Road, Columbus, OH 43219.
- Taylor Square Shopping Center: 2841 Taylor Square, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068. Reynoldsburg is a separate city, not Columbus proper.
The official store locator lists the addresses, but a locator can lag a store’s actual status during a closure. Confirm that a location is open before traveling.
When will the Columbus and Reynoldsburg stores close?
614NOW reported that no official final closing date had been posted for the Central Ohio stores at the time of its report. That does not confirm either store’s status today. Check with the location for its current hours and last trading date before visiting.

What is the closing-sale discount?
614NOW reported discounts of 20–40% on merchandise during closing sales. That is a reported range, not a guarantee that every item is discounted by the same amount or that the same stock and terms are available at both stores. Ask the store about current inventory and sale terms before making a purchase or trip.
Will Scrubs & Beyond still sell online?
614NOW reported that online sales would continue, and NJBIZ described an online-only continuation as apparent. The official location page also links to online shopping. The cited reporting does not establish how long the website will operate or guarantee that shopping, shipping, returns or loyalty policies will remain unchanged.

Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. Why is Scrubs & Beyond closing?
The company had not publicly explained the decision in the reports cited by FOX Business and NJBIZ. Neither report establishes a cause, so claims that the closures are due to financial distress, ownership decisions or a strategic shift would be speculation. FOX Business also said the number of employees affected was unclear; the cited coverage does not provide a verified employee count or details about employee support.
